They have charged a delivery fee of 7 pounds for next day delivery and delivered after 3 days and a different brand of syrup. I only spent 7 extra pounds to get the same syrup otherwise I have pharmacy at my door step.

We’re sorry to see this review and understand your disappointment.
Having checked the order, it was placed on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday using our DPD next working day service. DPD collections do not take place on Sundays, so the order was dispatched on Monday and delivered the next working day. This is stated at checkout, where next working day delivery applies to weekday orders placed before the cut-off time.
Regarding the syrup, this is a generic medicine and different supplier brands can be supplied. Brand variation is stated on the product page, as we cannot display every possible brand available at all times. If a specific brand is required, customers are welcome to leave a note at checkout or contact us before ordering, and we will always do our best to supply the preferred version where available.
We’re sorry the order did not meet your expectations, but from our side the delivery was completed within the service timeframe and the product supplied was the correct generic medicine.
Easy to order
Easy to order, which makes a change. Your computer programme was easy to understand and not too many questions. All in all good experience. Delivery was very quick.

Excellent products and service
Health Pharmacy offers a very good range of decently priced products. The website is very user friendly and ordering was straightforward. The products ordered were very well packaged and delivered swiftly. One of the products is currently very difficult to get hold of online. Great that it was available from Health Pharmacy. Just a shame that the quantity was limited to one only. Very happy with the products and excellent service. Thank you, Health Pharmacy!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I’m really pleased you found the website easy to use, the products fairly priced, and the delivery quick. Sorry the quantity was limited on one of the items — where stock is difficult to source, we sometimes have to limit quantities so more customers have a fair chance of purchasing. I’m glad we could still help!
