Very helpful staff and good skin treatment.

I cancelled my follow-up physiotherapy appointment a whole week beforehand & the receptionist told me that I would receive a refund of my up-front payment. There was no mention for the fact that an "Administration fee" of £7.50 would be deducted from the refund. How long does it take to hit the "delete" key on the computer? Rip-off.

Just had a review with Nur Mohammed- Consultant Physio/Joint injections practitioner at The Health Suite, 624a Uppingham Road, Leicester LE7 9QA. He was absolutely SUPERB and clearly very knowledgeable. So why only 3 stars…? Well half way through the consultation the receptionist just walked into the room without knocking to collect a trolley… so much for patient privacy and then left the door open so everyone in reception to also benefit from the advice provided by Nur…
In summary the consultants are great the administration is very unprofessional.

I had an Indian head massage with Kavina today and I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed. Her technique and pressure were absolutely perfect – she knew exactly how to melt away tension, and dare I say it… it might have even been better than my grandma’s head massage (sorry, grandma!).

Kavina has such a calming presence, and her hands are magic. I was so deeply relaxed by the end of the session that I could barely get up – in the best possible way. She’s truly wonderful, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

Highly recommend if you’re looking to completely switch off and treat yourself.

Booked ultrasound last night due to worries and got one for this morning and at the weekend first thing. The professor who saw me and his assistant was very professional, lovely place, sadly I think this is the way to go with regards to health care

I recently had my health check done at Health Suite Leicester and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, efficient, and professional. The process was smooth, and every step was clearly explained, which really put me at ease.

A special thank-you goes to Kelly Price, who played a massive role in helping me get all my paperwork completed. Her dedication, patience, and support made a big difference, and I truly appreciate the time she took to ensure everything was done correctly and on time.

I highly recommend Health Suite Leicester to anyone needing a medical check or paperwork assistance — the staff genuinely care and go above and beyond for their clients.

The therapist was friendly, but the session was uncomfortable from start to finish. On a 28°C day, the air conditioning was off until the very end. I mentioned feeling hot and sweating during the appointment, but nothing was done to adjust the temperature until 5 minutes towards the end of the 1 hour session. I was not offered water/tissues either. The pillow on the relaxation chair was also uncomfortable. The filling would move to the sides when I rested my head, leaving the middle flat. This made it hard to relax or focus on my breathing and the therapist’s voice, as I kept adjusting my head position.. While there is a self-serve water station at the entrance, private care should be proactive in making patients comfortable during the session, especially when paying £70. Sadly, I left feeling overheated, uncomfortable, and disappointed.

NHS REFERRED PATIENTS, DONT USE THIS CLINIC.

If you have been referred to this clinic via the NHS, do not accept, they serve the elite with deep pockets and treat NHS referred patients as garbage.

Potential life changing illness, NHS referred me to health suite for initial consult as i was on the 2ww list for urgent assessment.
Dr spent 7.5 minutes with me talking down to us like we do not belong and did not answer a single question ee had in detail.
I am communicating with NHS for second opinion elsewhere.

Please be warned this clinic has no time for anyone but the elite with deep pockets.

I am yet to receive feedback from clinic in regards to the multiple emails i have sent asking for a investigation.

My mother visited a Urogynaecologist at Health Suite in Leicester. This consultant in clear terms told my mother that, in her professional view, my mother would be fine to go ahead and have a specific procedure. This was the reason my mother went private to get this medical opinion. However, the letter that was sent to the GP was incredibly vague, simply giving in note form the reason my mother had visited the consultant. There was no medical opinion.

We contacted Health Suite to ask them to ask the doctor to write a clearer medical opinion which could then be shared with her GP. A letter was sent to my mother which, again, made no clear mention of an opinion. The consultant simply stated that she had run through the options and risks of the procedure.

Once again, we wrote to Health Suite to ask for the consultant to write a clear medical opinion. Several weeks later, we received a clear medical opinion which completely contradicted what the consultant had said at the appointment. Now the consultant did not recommend the procedure for my mother.

We found this quite shocking and wondered why the consultant had changed her view when pressed for an opinion. Is it the case that private consultants - not being covered by the NHS liability insurance - are erring on the side of caution when giving medical advice? If so, why bother visiting a private doctor and going to a medical practice like Health Suite?
