Absolutely loved all our orders from THB so far, the dogs go crazy whenever they see the biscuits and they all loved the hot chocolate. Service is so quick once dispatched usually arrives the next day.

We absolutely adore THB! Their biscuits are insanely cute, delivery is fast and our dogs adore the taste! We love knowing all the healthy ingredients going into the biscuits too and they are all labelled really well. The owner of THB is also really friendly and happy to answer any questions. After reading several reviews I decided to order some New Year’s biscuits for my puppy’s first festive period. Sadly, whilst the box arrived undamaged the contents were. 3 of the key New Year biscuits were broken because they were baked too thin to withstand postage. I contacted the baker, who apologised but refused to offer a replacement for the ones broken or offer any other alternative solution. I’m now left with broken biscuits and a tainted memory for his first celebration. I find it unacceptable and don’t advise purchasing as the customer service is shocking.

I was thrilled with my order, the packaging was lovely & personal. I was kept well informed of expected delivery & it arrived quickly. It has gone down a treat with my puppy!! Would definitely order again.

The customer service provided by Paulina is brilliant, the biscuits are so intricate with many a design available and most importantly, my puppy loves them!
