I couldnt recommend Sue enough, i attended my appointment with my daughter looking for my MOB outfit, Sue spoke to my daughter about the venue and the plans for the day, i thought i knew what dress would suit me but with sues expertise and knowledge of all her dresses i walked away with an amazing dress that was a great price, fitted perfectly and made me feel so beautiful, Thank you Sue for making both me and my Daughter feel special on our appointment, all your dresses are beautiful and the shoes and Hatinators you have in stock really help put the whole outfit together, Thank you Thank you, Thank you.

I attended an appointment at The Hidden Gem last week, the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Sue is a lovely lady who provides a dedicated one to one service, she's very patient and understanding. Her beautiful boutique truly is a hidden gem, it's very welcoming and cozy. Sadly I didn't find the dress for me but would fully recommend a visit if you're looking for that special outfit and special service.

After a disatrous appointment at another MOB/G shop i was a little nervous before my appointment , but I should not have been. Sue put me at ease from start of appointment, a lovely chat about what I was looking for, followed by a try on of numerous dresses , each one having a quality i liked, I left with the most beautiful dress in a colour i never would've considered, i'm hiring a hat too at a very reasonable cost.
I cannot recommend The Hidden Gem enough, dont book an appointment anywhere else before trying here!

..twice now that I have been to see Sue at “the Hidden Gem” . They just know how to provide a top notch service. The most wonderful place to get that special outfit from - very attentive and helpful. Their service is second to none - go out of the way to make you feel special, no rush or hard sell. In my eyes the best in the business. 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for that extra special dress / outfit for that special occasion. Thanks Sue and staff you are just fab x

Visited The Hidden Gem whilst staying locally. Sue was so helpful, not pushy at all unlike some other shops I visited. It was very relaxed & Sue was very patient & helpful. I didn't actually buy from here but wish I had! Competively priced & lots of choice. I really would recommend The Hidden Gem to any of my friends.
