Repeatedly called + left voicemail messages @ [****]. Both prior to delivery + shipping (020324) & twice after receipt of ''damaged collectible'' (020824) + (020924). Several new updates have been attained directly from Manufacturer + Fabricant (see attached images). The additional issue that a ''FRAUD'' had been committed by the seller (The Hobby Hub) since this collectible in addition to ALL the aforementioned damages (see attached). It was proven by the direct contact to the aforementioned fabricant + manufacturer (Diamond Select Toys dba Gentle Giant Ltd.). The invoiced collectible was supposed to be ''BRAND NEW'' and the fact that it was an ''OPEN BOX or OPEN ITEM'' is definitely not the agreement by the purchased price of $199.99 (see attached).

Most likely the damage may have already even been done since it was mishandled by ''several hands'' from the seller (The Hobby Hub). The original price was marked as $225.00 then later after it was either damaged or deemed ''used'' it was marked down $199.99 (see attached image of price reduction) but absolutely never ever mentioned on description of sale (see attached detail from seller website).

Packaged very well. The condition of the product was a little less than what I expected. The item was a hard item to find, so I can't complain too much. On the other hand, I did pay a higher than retail price.

In this day and age of lazy shops and sellers, Hobby Hub is not one of those companies. Great response time on emails! Updated me every step of the way on my order! Sent a handful of promos, even though their order was late, just for the slight delay! Overall amazing experience and will definitely keep Hobby Hub in mind for future sealed product releases.
