The On Duty Concealed Holster I ordered for my CZ 75 COMPACT doesn't fit my new CZ 75 COMPACT! I asked before ordering on the holster in question if it could carry this firearm in Condition 1 (cocked and locked) and was informed it would and to put a note in the comments stating so (so I did). Not only doesn't it fit in Condition 1, it's extremely loose with the hammer down. Called more than once, with no response, and have filed a claim on this product NOT being as mentioned.
I should've checked other reviews than relying on Ebay Feedback, because Yelp and others show terrible reviews.
This establishment is home to "The Holster Store" which shares the same location of a Gun Shop in St. Cloud, Florida and you may want be aware of this if you shop Ebay or etc..

The gun does not fit the holster. Sent it back which I had to pay for the shipping . They sent me another holster but it is the same holster I sent back. So the gun still doesn't fit. They will not answer the phone or call me back. Think about it before you buy

In the past I ordered numerous holsters from them and they deserved 5 stars but NO more as 1 star is 1 too many for the product and customer service. My latest iwb is at least 1 1/2+ inches too long making it more uncomfortable sitting pressing against the leg. I emailed them over a month ago when I received the holster and they then asked send a picture which I did. A month went by and no reply, I emailed again to find out no reply to the picture, their reply sorry for the delay but send us another picture but this time s sideview. I did and their reply it is correct holster I can return it for a refund after 6 weeks of my first email. It seems their way of making holsters have changed as none of the others I ordered were like this. I have crossed this company off my list to order from and you should also. Their way of designing them has gone downhill and their customer non service is horrible. There was no need to remind them about a reply after a month and then ask for another picture and to saybthe correct one. It is a shame as they make a nice product but if it does not fit correctly ruins it and then to say it is a correct holster. Look elsewhere for your holsters this company has gone downhill.

Sent the wrong holster, I spent a week trying to get ahold of them (calling repeatedly) to no avail, forced to keep a useless holster now I guess, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else

I am not dissatisfied with product that I received. I do have a problem with service after the sale. The holster does not doing the job for me and I want to return it. I've called 4 days in a row trying a get a return authorization and have not been able to speak with anyone. I've left my phone number along with messages. No response. Thats terriblle customer service in my opinion and I would caution potential customers from buying from the Upholster Store.
