I bought online, I called to see if this is the one was right for my shower replacement. The gentleman was sooo helpful and explained it to all my questions. And when the email said it was delivered I called he tracked down and it was delivered the next day. Loved the service. Thank you.

Crazy shipping costs
The product ordered was correct and delivered on time HOWEVER, the shipping cost for such a small item was astronomical.
I think that shipping charges should be calculated on a weight and size scale ( NOT STANDARD FOR UNDER A CERTAIN VALUE)
The original item was purchased on Amazon and maybe the replacement parts should be available on Amazon as well

Thank you for your feedback. We apply a flat shipping charge of $15 for all small parcel shipments. Typically, the actual shipping cost exceeds $15 (regardless of the carrier—UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post), but we cover the additional cost to keep it simple for our customers.
Listing parts on Amazon would increase the overall purchase price due to the added costs of shipping products to Amazon's warehouse, along with Amazon's commissions and fulfillment fees. This would not provide any price advantage for our customers.

We ordered the Blue Ocean59” SPS 8819…
We ordered the Blue Ocean59” SPS 8819 59” shower panel and installed it ourselves last year. I couldn’t be happier with the unit, the multiple jets with varying angles do a great job covering head to toe, and can be isolated individually according to your choice of coverage. Upon installing the unit we noticed a small leak in the upper head gasket and the company responded immediately with a replacement which has worked well ever since. I highly recommend this company and it’s products.

Customer service was great and understanding..
I was confused about how a part fit together. I called customer service they were very helpful and understanding. They were even willing to send me a video of how the parts went together. Luckly my brain woke up and I was able to figure it out with out them sending me a video.
