I'm sure that their products are great for those who aren't sensitive But when I tried their products it burned! I tried to get in touch with their support team and haven't heard back from them yet. My advice is just to try a small sample before going all out like I did.

They responded within two days. I bought it directly through their site and they are going to issue a refund!

I've been using this product for awhile and I absolutely love it! This product is a must for your shower routine.

Hey there, so I have struggled with bv/yeast infections for years just on and off! I’ve been using the soothing lavender vulva cream for about 5 months now and my issues have become very little to none. I usually don’t trust things to put down there because it’s supposed to remain natural. But it has helped so much without any other issues, also it smells very clean and never burns!!

Saw this product in FB with a ton of positive reviews and luckily saw it in my local Walgreens. This is my new go to. I love the tag line "Made by Humans with Vaginas, for Humans with Vaginas".

I currently use the wash, wipes and tampons. I feel fresher then I have with other products and it has a lovely scent. It great to know I can avoid using all the harsh and unneeded chemicals to get clean. I will be checking out the other items in the line now.

I have been using the sensitive foam wash for a few months now. I love it!! I try to get a few bottles when I go to Walmart because they always fly off the shelf. The only problem I have is the pump keeps getting stuck. I have to open the bottle so the pump can reset. The company needs to look into changing the design. I’ll still give 5 stars though.

I have always used a different suppository however I was in Target and I purchased it . I did not like grainy sandy type of discharge . In addition prior I did not have itching but woke up with a nasty itch . I think I may have to switch back to my original brand . Thank you for having a variety of products to choose from .

So the bag was incredibly hard to rip open and the pads were very thin for "super" flow. I could have dealt with that, no problem. But what I can't deal with is these pads w/ aloe burning my lady parts! I couldn't stand it for more than 5 minutes. I didn't think it would be that intense like damn!! So now I'm stuck with 15 pads I can never use. Maybe I'll deodorize my garbage can bc they do smell nice, that's the only plus. I did email this company and still waiting to hear back. Hoping to get a refund of some kind or just pads w/o herbal crap.

I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. I was recommended these products by a few friends and I decided to purchase and I love the products. I decided that I would go directly to the honeypot website and order directly instead of using third party vendors since it’s also a little cheaper that way. Worst mistake, it’s been three and a half weeks and I haven’t received my products or tracking info. I emailed customer service at least A DOZEN times no response. What’s even more frustrating is I used quadpay to make the large purchase and I’m up to payment number three, meaning I have now literally almost paid in full for products I may never receive and a company that doesn’t respond back to emails. I love supporting black owned but this here ain’t it. I would have been very satisfied with a response to my email even if it said I had to wait a little longer but now I feel ignored.

September 10th.
So I ordered from the Honey Pot and it was taking extremely long for my package to arrive. After waiting so long I no longer wanted the product and I wanted my money back. I reached out to support via email and was having issues getting the support person I was consulting with to comprehend that I wanted a refund. It was very frustrating. After a few days I finally received my refund and I also received the product. Overall I was okay with it, just hated the waiting period. I receive a call from an unknown number and it happens to be a Cameron from The Honey Pot. She just wanted to apologize for my experience and send me a gift. NEVER seen a company go over and beyond like that to make sure their customers are happy and pleased. Will definitely continue supporting this company.

UPDATE OCTOBER 10th
These PRODUCTS YALL.. I’m speechless. My girl is verrrrrrrrry sensitive down below and one thing that I’ve noticed is she is LOVING THE SENSITIVE FOAMING WASH. I Honestly need to order some more right now because honey she is getting a bit low. With everything going on in the world, I’m scared of the shipping delays and ETC. I realize once The Honey Pot ships the product to Fed-Ex the delivery process is then out of their hands and that scares me because Fed-Ex is not getting things out within a reasonable amount of time. I’m going to look in Target .. I heard they’re also in CVS. Better get there quickly before things are sold out! I don’t know what I’ll do if I run out haha! 10/10 stars seriously. I’m ready to try the tampons!

I'm writing to you after watching The queen bea on The Real, It was brought up that there were racist remarks wrote on the reviews, First Queen Bea was a kind and thoughtful, her remarks came from a place of understanding, I am a white person with I hope a kind heart also, and it hurt me for comments that were said about her, and the other hand some black people think it's okay to say the same about white people and praise them for standing up to white society, which is and was proven all people should understand where other people are coming from and do not jump on the band wagon by Queen Beas words. All women and the panel was understanding except Amanda who was ready to jump on the racist rant, I have total respect for any woman but queen bea just stepped it up in my world,

I’ve ordered from the honey pot over 10 days ago. My product still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed, things like this will make me not ever order from a company again. Over 10 days and the package isn’t even far away from me. It’s within the same state. If anything my package should’ve came that day.
