The Hoop Station Opiniones

My medium, chunky hoops arrived with a dent, replete with scratches and green metal discoloration on. Obviously they were very worn. That was bad enough but the owner texting me, "Def not worn I think dented in transit!!!!" did not help my satisfaction, given that I had sent pictures of the dent and the metal discoloration, and clearly they were very stratched up. She refunded promptly but the quality control is non-existent in this business.

Great quality, very comfortable to wear . High recommend. Very fast delivery

This was my second order from The Hoop Station and, once again, I was impressed with the speed of delivery. I am so pleased with my new Rose Gold Twist earrings! They are pretty, delicate pieces of jewellery with a reassuringly secure butterfly clip, so no danger of losing them!

Such an amazing company, got two pairs of earrings from them, both such incredible quality. The Hoop Station is the best…happy Shopping all xx

Great communication friendly and very helpful 🌸beautiful earrings 🌸

Lovely earrings, beautifully wrapped, really good value. A little gift for my 14 year old daughter who loved them.

Great design and quality. But also run by a lovely woman, customer service at it’s very very best 😊

A good choice and price range, extra touches like gift wrapped and personal message could be added with no charge. Responded to my questions and gift arrived on time.

Great service fast delivery and beautiful earrings.

Prompt delivery, great service

We were looking for some hoops for Christmas. Everywhere we looked didn’t have good sizes - ‘large seemed to be 35-45mm which is tiny and poor marketing. Then you look in other shops and they’re so thin and flimzy and look just cheap. With almost all hope lost, we came across The Hoop Station and FINALLY found a store that sells various sizes thst actually meet our needs. 35/45/55/65/75mm hoops - all in stock and to choose from. And when they arrived, wow! GOOD gauge thickness, with gift bags and ready to go. We gave them a little silver cloth buff afterwards to help them shine even more and they’re ready for next week! Thanks THS!

beautiful ear-rings. Christmas present to myself. long time coming but well worth the wait for my rose gold hops

Lovely hoops and prompt delivery!
Only grumble is they arrived looking very flat and dull and will need polishing before wearing… would have expected them to be gleaming… especially for the price!

Got exactly what I wanted, fast delivery too

I am very pleased with the quality and look of the large hoop earrings! They are very classy. The customer service team and especially Lily have also been super efficient and helpful. Highly recommend!
