No interest in treatment but money
I will advice anyone to be very careful of seeking treatments in this clinic chain. I have an ongoing complaint not resolved yet. They are only interested of money, they write incorrect clinical notes that save their back. They also confuse you by taking deposits in advance, they are very disrespectful too, when i made a complaint of a discomfort , i was told by dentist that i am paranoid. Also they will not admit any mistakes neither ready to correct remnants of their treatment without another paid appointment. I never known any clinical treatment that they do not take responsibility with out paying another fee( I my self a medical doctor but gave my name not using Dr). Usually reputable respectful clinicians will do those corrections for free. I had a treatment plan for a crown and the day went for consultation with Dr Gul who dropped a surprises advice that i actually need to have a filling for my molar tooth next to the one need a crown. Did not think much as I trusted, and also due to my busy lifestyle decided to go ahead with both treatment costing over £1200.00. After crown was fitted, I had two broken tooth one day after and another in apx 10days latter chipped off. Also since crown fitted I keep catching my cheek it is a nightmare that I keep making my mouth to avoid catching and biting. Surprise is that doctor denies my complaint literally indicating it is not true, if I keep catching I am unsure how she says there is no problem. She suddenly decided to say that I am grinding and clenching which is the reason for broken teeth. Surprisingly she saw my whole moth few times, in fact spent over two hours to do crown and another apx 1 hr to do filling but did not see and advised that I am grinding and clenching prior to me complaining chipped tooth. Further I also had a full examination with x rays by another dentist few months ago but not mentioned that I am grinding and clenching. It is a dental condition any dentist should highlight if they have seen symptoms. When i requested notes to my surprise those were incorrect as they were only writing things to save their back.
Due to the level of disrespect, i finally told I am a medical doctor my self. last review apt when I went she tried to dismiss of any issues about the crown, however by such time I have seen my friend dentist who live many miles away and knew that crown has an issue as its joint is too prominent. during next apt when this doctor did a scan and showed me saying it is all looking fine, I showed her the prominent place. Then she decided to polish that to reduce and have advised to review again in few week time. To my surprise when nurse took me out she has taken a £25.00 deposit for future review apt which is needed due to her own mistake of fixing this crown.
Whole my mouth and the way I chew and talk changed due to this issue and i am suffering daily. i do not recommend for anyone to go there as it took me an effort for proactive manager to respond to my complaint too.
