I visited the branch in Carmarthen

I visited the branch in Carmarthen. Excellent service very friendly and parking on site . I saw the nurse for the vitamin/mineral blood tests. Results arrived within two days! Results are very in-depth but very easy to read with a traffic light system. Will definitely use again if I need to in the future. No rushing with 10min appointments and lovely surroundings. We did get lost as signage not very good but if you take second left turn as you enter the site (by blue sign) then follow road around,

Outstanding

After 20 years of suffering low iron and being fobbed off by numerous gps, I decided that I couldn’t allow this to happen anymore. I called igp at 12.15pm and 45 minutes later, I was sat in the drs room!
I saw Dr O'Neill and I was instantly blown away. In all those 20 years, he is the only Dr to listen and agree that this isnt normal and cant continue. He explained everything he was thinking and what we needed to do next, made a referral and honestly I left feeling relieved that finally, this issue is going to be treated.
The staff I booked the appointment with were amazing, as was the receptionist. All very friendly and definitely worth every single penny.

I booked a video appointment today at 11:30 AM with Dr. Joanna Longstaffe. I waited online for more than 20 minutes, but no one joined the session.
This experience is very disappointing, and after checking Trustpilot, I noticed that several other people have reported similar issues. I’m concerned this might be a scam.

On this occasion, the doctor was running late due to a complex case in clinic, which unfortunately caused a delay in joining your video consultation. We absolutely agree that we should have informed you, and we will be investigating this further to ensure that lessons are learned and communication is improved.

10/10 Totally Recommend.

We have visited Dr Ryan O'Neil in the Newport Clinic on several occasions now. Due to the continued difficulty in booking an appointment with our "regular" GP, we have used this service on several occasions in the last 12 months.

We have been overwhelmed with how good the service has been. Dr Ryan is excellent - it is such a relief to be able to take time to actually speak about our concerns with a professional, empathetic and caring doctor. We can't thank him and IGP enough for making accessing primary healthcare easy and effective.

We have been so happy we have even started booking appointments for my Mother as we are more confident she will continue to receive a better standard of care with Dr Ryan that the usual GP.

I appreciate that for most people it is expensive, however, if you are able to use this service I completely endorse it. The ability to book an appointment - often on the same day - at a time that suits, and to have a good amount of time to consult with a GP really does make the expense worth it.

iGP Physio Services

Cannot thank Gareth Tremain enough, I have been having extreme pain in my both shoulders and have been fobbed off by my GP surgery with continuous trips for Physio. 30 minutes of consultation and treatment and this morning I am pain free (still have aches & pains but I am 71 so expected) . First full nights sleep in 6 weeks. Thanks again well worth the visit.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. I placed my rakhi order in July. My brother didn't receive the rakhi package. I raised complain and send lot of mail but issue was not sorted. I didn't recommend this site for online gift. It's a fake site.

Cancelled appointment on the day

Unfortunately they cancelled my appointment on the day. The reasons cited were certainly reasons that could have been communicated at the time I booked the appointment (over two weeks prior), and I may have been able to do something to make my appointment possible. They even rang me the day before to confirm my appointment, then rang again to cancel it the following morning. As a result, I have missed out on the possibility of getting an appointment elsewhere and my course of treatment has been compromised. Very disappointed at the unprofessional service.

Doctors and Consultants good but Admin is shocking, Confidentiality is not respected, I have not received consistency of care

I was so happy to find a private female GP in Wales at last. I paid for tests with consultants, bloods and to see a GP 3 3times to get my meds up and running. Consultant was wonderful, GP was wonderful. It cost me no small amount to get myself up to date on meds for very serious illnesses including cardiac and breathing issues but I was happy to pay that to know I was getting care.
Admin however is a nightmare. Although you paid for the GP and Consultant to treat me and prescribe meds the admin then take over & release meds in a way where you have to keep paying for consultations, I was charged the wrong amount for tests & consultations more than once. When I asked questions about this I was treated like a trouble maker, my questions were not answered, I was fobbed off and told to ask again over and over without getting any full answers. I felt like I was fighting for every word I was given. Then a problem with a prescription arose, the prescription was sent to a chemist without my knowledge or agreement and I was more or less accused of trying to get something for nothing. I asked for the prescription to be cancelled as I have always paid my way and was deeply upset by the implication I was out to con them in some way when I was the one being overcharged and messed around. I asked questions but iGP team became more hostile. I asked for the prescription to be cancelled. I was then faced with paying for yet another consult to get what should have been on going care.
Then I was told by the third party chemist that they had been told information about me by iGP. They stated that they had been told I was no longer a patient of iGP. I asked iGP about this, they categorically denied the conversation. So I asked the chemist for the details. I have now been told that in April the third party was told that I was not welcome at iGP anymore and was no longer a patient. They still have not told me this & were offering me appointments. I decided not to use iGP again in Aug because they are dangerous.
At one point I received two calls telling me I probably didn't know what had been said to me, I had probably forgotten. NO, I needed one set of tests done but the wrong tests were done. I was told by someone who was not in the room that I probably was "confused" because I sometimes "forget things" no I don't & I have a note of what I was told to keep track of the costs after some mistakes had been made when they were charging my card so I was not at all confused. I was told that was not said to me by someone that was not in the room when it was said. I felt manipulated.
iGP have never told me I am no longer a patient or that I was not welcome. The fact I have been told this by a third party is outrageous. I am deeply distressed by this and see it as a breech of my confidentiality. If iGP felt that way they should have written to me and told me not put it out in my community like a bit of gossip. I still have nothing in writing from iGP telling me this. I was in tears when I read the letter from the chemists. I realised I had been disrespected, gossiped about.
I had been asking questions and given no answers and told no conversation had happened. But the letter from the chemists gives info they could only have got from iGP. Not only that but iGP have not followed up with me to ensure I am ok even through it should be clear I am without the meds I need to stay alive and that is worrying in itself. Where is the duty of care here. They didn't tell me I was no longer a patient, they told a third party I wasn't a patient but treated me like I was no longer a patient. That backs up what the chemist is saying they were told about me.
I am now left without meds and facing paying out for all the tests and consultants all over again so I can get back the care that should have been on going. Where is the duty of care here?
Consultants and doctors here are good but the admin for this group are a disgrace. If they make a mistake they need to explain. The fact that they breached my confidentiality and gossiped about me is deeply distressing. I travelled 200 mile round trip to attend appointments because I wanted good care. Admin really lets this group down and seem to be hostile to explaining anything. I however, will not be vilified.
Now I will have to travel 400 mile round trip to start all over again, pay again for all the tests, see consultant and GP consultation. In the mean time I am left without medication that I can not live without, my life has been placed at risk because admin don't like me asking simple questions like why have you charged me twice? Why have you charged me for that test when it was this test? Suddenly stopping my meds like they have has caused me serious medical problems.
I am outraged, I have been made a figure of gossip. Gossip that I have spent 9 months trying to this sort out. What a mess they have left me in.

Please be careful if you use iGP !

The Doctors need to review case notes prior to appointments.

My husband and I booked in for the Gold Wellness checks at £900 each. The non medical staff all seem very friendly and efficient. Sadly after a number of interactions with the medical staff we are unimpressed. When you are paying large sums of money for appointments to have results and tests interpreted, it is really depressing to be greeted with "how can I help you?" and sitting there in silence while they review all your data while you wait. It would instil more confidence if the Doctors had read the patients notes prior to the appointments. This has happened 3 times so not an isolated incident. Really does not inspire confidence.

3 weeks after our review. IGP replied. I am pleased that they have taken on board our concerns and that future clients will benefit from our feedback.
