Poor packaging and bad delivery experience
Although the cufflinks were looking good, they were packed so tight in a velvet box that when I opened them some of the maroon felt from the box were stuck to the cufflinks. It required some scrubbing to get it out. The packaging definitely needs some improvement. Secondly the delivery experience was horrible. DTDC made me follow up with them for days before delivering the parcel. Overall it was an underwhelming experience although I was really excited to find and purchase hand crafted cufflinks like this.
