Excellent service at The Infinite Loop, the team had my shattered iPhone screen repaired in two hours for a reasonable price - friendly staff and great service

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and informative. I went in with my mac when having problems with the display on my screen as even with an external monitor there was still no display. Multiple Apple stores had quoted for a replacement screen without even guaranteeing the device would work. Infinite Loop offered me a refund if they were to replace the screen and the device did not work or if it required more work than a screen change. They were able to diagnose further issues with software and managed to repair it. They did what apple couldn't/wouldn't at a fairer price including a 6 month warrantee. Thank you so much to the team for all your help.

Will and his colleagues are brilliant. From the moment the laptop was taken in until the repair was complete, the service was first class. Not even Apple can compare to the customer service and workmanship of Infinite Loop. My laptop looks and feels brand new. I cannot praise them enough. I was updated throughout.

The numbers on the keyboard of my 2017 MacBook were not functioning and I didn't want to invest in buying a new model just yet. I contacted Infinite Loop, never actually having heard of the business before.
