I’ve really loved the self-paced nature of this course and the flexibility it gives you to work through everything at your own pace. Being able to reach out to your tutor whenever you need support has also been fantastic.

There’s also a Facebook group where you can connect with other students studying the course, which I’ve really enjoyed. It’s been so helpful sharing ideas, asking questions and learning from other students along the way. I’ve learnt so much throughout the course and have really enjoyed the experience!

I feel that the modules are very comprehensive, providing enough detail, guidance, and practical examples to develop a thorough understanding of each topic. I particularly enjoy the additional videos that accompany each module, as they add another valuable dimension to the learning experience. The Interior Design Institute is incredibly professional and has clearly put a great deal of thought into creating a well-rounded learning experience. The additional resources, videos, examples, support, and learning materials they provide go above and beyond to ensure that students have every opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of interior design.

The assignments are challenging and can sometimes be frustrating, but I have come to appreciate that this is an important part of my personal growth and learning journey. They encourage me to apply the theory in a practical way and truly put what I have learned into practice. I also appreciate how the course takes you step-by-step through all the different aspects of the interior design process, giving you a clear understanding of how everything comes together in a real-world setting.

I am also fortunate to have a wonderful tutor who provides helpful and constructive feedback on every assignment. Her positive encouragement and guidance have been incredibly valuable and motivating throughout the course. Knowing that there is someone there to provide support, point out areas for improvement, and encourage you along the way makes such a difference to the learning experience.

I really enjoy being part of the Facebook community as well. Seeing other students' work, examples, questions, and feedback has been incredibly helpful in understanding the assignments, how they should be approached and presented, and how to overcome some of the challenges that other students experience. It creates a wonderful sense of support and community throughout the course, and it is reassuring to know that you are not alone in the learning process.

Overall, I truly feel that the course is worth every cent, whether you are doing it for personal growth, to develop your skills and knowledge, or as a stepping stone towards starting your own interior design business. The quality and professionalism of the Interior Design Institute, combined with the wealth of additional resources, personal tutor support, and student community, make it a very worthwhile investment.

I am thoroughly enjoying the journey and am excited to see where it will take me. I look forward to continuing to grow, learn, and develop my skills, and to seeing how I can use everything I have learned in the future.

Great modules that educate and enhance your abilities. The information is useful and timeless. The exercises are fun and a great way to practice for real life design clients.

IDI helped me understand that interior design is not just about making a space look beautiful—it is about creating spaces that are functional, comfortable, meaningful, and tailored to the people who use them.

I'm writing this having already completed half of the course, and I'm really enjoying it so far! It's very well put together and challenging enough to make you feel you've worked for your diploma!

It starts with the basics, covering architecture, interior design history and theory, and then gradually brings everything into a more practical context through the assignments, where you get to work on an imaginary (but very much practical) renovation project. My tutor has also been really encouraging throughout. I can't wait to see what the rest of the modules have in store!

Very good module, easy to understand. When you face any problems, you will be able to get assistance from them. Very good online course.

Taking a course at the IDI came at the right time when I really needed it. Not only it fulfilled the desire that I had for so long but also, it came when I needed a new skill after a closure of a previous chapter of my life. More importantly, it came when our family was building a house that I desired to be involved in the designing, especially the interiors. Looking on our ongoing project, I am so happy that I decided to take the course, it is worth the money. I am forever grateful for the resources provided by the institute and my lecturer who goes extra mile to guide me anytime I need help. I highly recommend the course.

The course material has been great and has given me so much design knowledge!

The format can be quite frustrating at times and the delay in response from the tutor while working through the material however over all has been a pleasant experience!

I love being able to work on this course on my time and schedule as a current SAHM. The course is affordable too! The modules are packed with valuable information that you for assignments.

I've found the IDI to provide an engaging approach to interior design. As a novice learner in this field, I've been very pleased with the module course work and the convenience of learning at my own pace. The projects have been very applicable to each module.
