I ordered the Satin Outsize scalloped pyjamas and am delighted with their quality and design. Comfortable and glamorous they are just what I was looking for and at a good price.
Customer service is great - I was able to exchange the size ( they are generously sized ) for a smaller size in a matter of days. Highly recommended. I’ll be ordering more!

I was a first-time customer and an unintentionally tricky one. I ordered pyjamas to cheer up a friend and discovered they were the wrong size just outside the 30 day returns period. Their Nibs customer service is impressively responsive and, when I explained the circumstances, they agreed to an exchange. They kept in touch during the complex business of retrieving and returning the parcel and dispatched a replacement. When Royal Mail delivered this to the wrong address they offered to send another if I couldn't track it down. Luckily it didn't come to that. They have definitely won a loyal customer.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Firstly, the beautiful story behind the brand and the amazing designs drew me to Their Nibs. I received a gift of the Oversized Peacock Short Pyjama set …which are just fabulous- colour and style. Unfortunately I had an issue with the pyjamas which were replaced - seamlessly, very quickly and with no doubt about my reason for return. The long story short is that the customer service I’ve received has been above and beyond expectations. Things can occasionally go wrong during manufacture but it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. I couldn’t have asked for more and I’ve already got my eye on my next purchase!

First, and most importantly, the pjs are excellent quality. I ordered a size L which was too big and the exchange process was very smooth.
Royal Mail then lost the new pair and although this was no fault of Their Nibs, they arranged for a new pair to be sent to me with no fuss. Now I pretty much live in these pjs and will be ordering another pair. Just goes to show it pays to shop small :)

I bought the long nightdress in white wisteria and loved it so much I got the one in blue foxglove. Oh what a disappointment! The blue colour is nothing like the deep ocean blue shown on the first image on the website and more like an air force blue - horrible. And what’s happened to the beautifully soft lawn cotton lining that’s on the wisteria nightdress - there isn’t any on the blue foxglove one, it’s just hard-wearing cotton (which may soften when washed to give it the benefit of the doubt). I was looking to buy the White Hummingbird one but I’m a bit reluctant if it’s of the same lower quality. So very disappointed.

I'm hooked on these pyjamas! Beautiful prints. Excellent quality. Soft cotton. Fun to wear. Very comfy. I'm 5 ft 2 inches and the Small fits perfectly-- just the right length. The first two pairs are a couple of years old now and are holding up very well; just ordered two more for summer.

Almost there with the nightie. I get why there’s a undercloth to make it less see through but I would prefer it without. Material is very nice. Size L for some reason is too large for me, which is unusual, but it’s better than being too small.
Got PJs for my mum’s birthday. Lovely pattern and feel good but will see how it goes.
Overall I would recommend the company, products and service.

Discovered this brand on social media and decided to purchase the Swallow shorty pjs in pure cotton. They arrived quickly and were a super quality. Don’t be put off by the crispness they become buttery soft after the first wear. Lots of compliments and will be buying a few more pairs.

Incredibly easy to communicate with even when I ordered the wrong size. They quickly responded & arranged a return. The items themselves are very high-quality. A pleasure to deal with & we'll be ordering again asap

The quality of the pyjamas is fantastic and represents very good value for money. I ordered 2 more pairs yesterday and have already been informed they will arrive today. I also love the designs. Very comfortable to sleep in. Would highly recommend

The pyjamas were massively too big. I’m unable to return them due to their refund policy. Basically my husband opened the package , took off the label, and put them on my pillow ready for the night time. So, now I can’t return them. I’m stuck with pyjamas that make me look and feel like a clown. Not happy at all.

Wow!!! Just an amazing team , I ordered pj’s for a present , sent back last Friday from Northern Ireland to change size , arrived yesterday. Could recommend buying anything from here. Best customer service I’ve had ever . Heather

I can't recommend Their Nibs enough, their traditional PJs' in both cotton and satin are good quality and their are so many beautiful designs to choose from.
I purchased a pair last year and loved them so much asked for further pairs of PJs' off my family for Christmas. Their was a little issue re sizing but on contacting their customer service department this was resolved quickly. I found their customer service department fantastic, prompt to reply and just so helpful, which in this day and age is a rarity. I am now looking to buy short sleeved PJs' for the summer .......only problem, too many beautiful designs to choose from!!

Amazing experience from TheirNibbs. They accepted a returns and provided the exchanged items really quickly, however the parcel was stolen as it was left in an insecure place by the royal mail. After a couple of emails they replaced the items (in any colour/size I wanted) and they again arrived very quickly. Thought I'd leave a review as it was very good of them to replace the items given it wasn't their fault the parcel was stolen.

The quality of the cotton hummingbird pyjamas was amazing (had not washed and dried them mind you). But the fit of the bottoms was not good, they are wide and low rise. So I had to send them back... which cost nearly £5 tracked. Wish I had bought them via a major retailer who had free returns!

Treated myself to Jersey pjs and matching robe post xmas.
Robe washed fine, pjs shrunk in legs and arms after first 30° wash. They no longer fit in leg or arms despite my best efforts to stretch.
The upshot is, I have paid over £75 for a robe!!! Won't buy again and would not recommend.

I received my first pair of Theirnibs PJ's for Christmas and have just ordered my second pair. I am absolutely delighted with them. They are so comfortable to wear and sleep in. I even changed into them on New Years eve at my Siser-in-laws family party. Everybody loved them and thought they were very glamorous. I will be ordering more, Debs.

Item arrived with a bad ‘pull’ and was of poor quality for a circa £40 garment. Item was returned at our expense and then informed that the gift box is non refundable (not impressed at all about that!).
Would make sure whatever you are ordering has reviews specific to that item so you can be sure of the quality. The process of ordering and returning and losing the value of the gift box has left us over £10 out of pocket.

Twinsets came. Both look great. Great delivery

Firstly I must say I have been looking for a robe for maybe over a year now and could not find the right one until now. Heathers story is beautiful, her designer is exquisite, the communication and customer service is 100%. I ordered the grey velvet robe with the cheetahs, only just received it. I am 5'7, size14-16 and the L is spot on. The quality, the details, the lining, the room which is not oversized but just comfortable and perfect. I ditto everything your previous customer said if I could give 200 stars I would without blinking. I have also ordered some pyjamas. Let's continue to support such a wonderful and unique business then we will all be happy.
