It's been 3 weeks now. No sign of the plants, nothing. So I reached out. Well it's been over 24 hours now and no response. I've been ghosted by The Jungle Collective! Not happy, Jan!

Upgraded to 3 because Eve did reach out to me the day after I posted this.

I ordered and paid for a plant 2 weeks ago, and still not here. No communication from them at all. I wont buy here again. $29 postage is just dishonest.

Absolutely obsessed with my recent order from The Jungle Collective!

I ordered an Alocasia Melo, Black Velvet, and Ninja and WOW. The quality is honestly unreal. Every plant arrived healthy, lush, and exactly as pictured. The packaging was super secure, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making sure they arrive in perfect condition. I was a little worried about my order as it travelled across state but it arrived perfect!

The Melo in particular is just next level… the texture, the colour, everything!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for rare or collector plants, I’ll 100% be ordering again!

Heard there was new packaging because of new owners so I thought I’d buy 5 plants including an albo I’ve always wanted. Turns out their packaging is all recyclable and surprisingly my plants arrived undamaged, plus leaves were quite lush! I live in regional QLD! Very satisfied and will be buying again.

Save your money, dont buy! With hundreds of dollars spent for my birthday/xmas 2024, it was a total disaster from delivery not arriving the day its meant to, delivered next day after been driven all day in a ford territory car at 45 deg temp all previous day, stayed in there overnight and arrived burned, damaged and a joke, trying to get contact was nightmare then tried to say it was normal delivery damage, it was a disgrace, no plants survived that purchase and i barely got any money back for the burnt rare plants. Save your money !

My plants arrived packed securely and hand delivered within the promised time frame. As I red the reviews people just don’t read the guide lines for delivery on their website. I am very happy customer will buy again. Thank you guys.

My order never arrived and when I complained about it, they posted a tracking link with my personal details and address publicly. They later took it down but refuse to acknowledge it or give me a refund.

I was so worried when I read the reviews, but my plants arrived on time and in great condition. Luckily they must have been sourced fairly locally as they were just in the box without any cushioning. The plants were larger and more mature than I was expecting. Very happy and would purchase again!

My order (order 299581) was of 6 plants, only 5 arrived and in not the best condition. I have emailed them 3 times in order to get a refund of the $22.99 for the missing plant, or to get a ETA on the missing plant, but with no response. Very poor customer service.

Beautiful plants. But very slow delivery and one pot was scratched and they forgot to deliver the second one - replacement pot and delivery of the one they forgot will not be for another month!
So now we hope they deliver unscratched pots next time - and that it is worth waiting almost 1,5 months for it.
(we received the plants, but not the pots to put them in)
