Sorry, really wanted to book this company because their website says they do Quick Pickups and they even give estimated rates between $120-$250 and included how many furniture items these rates include. I only had a living room chair, not a sofa or a recliner for removal. When I called, the woman i spoke with quickly gave me a $250 minimum estimate. I referenced that this was a quick pickup (their term on the website). She said $250 and we would have to be in your area. Totally useless and kind of a bait and switch in my opinion. Not cool at all.

I strongly recommend the Junk Pros. We contacted a number of potential partners for a big clearing job and before they'd even visited the Junk Pros proved themselves to be the most professional. They carried out a serious survey - the others just wandered about for five minutes - and produced a clear estimate. Alongside, they were incredibly helpful with regard to timing. They understood that this sort of situation, under these sorts of circumstances, is prone to all sorts of contingencies. They rode with them and never lost their good humor. Finally, they passed the ultimate test with flying colors: they produced an insurance certificate on time and properly filled in.

How do you thank a group of people who were there to help you when you felt so lost because of the death of a family member. Gary is a wonderful man; Rosie couldn't be more helpful. The guys who came to the house were great -- respectful of my loss and considerate of my needs. They made the process of cleaning out my Mom's house so easy for me. At a time when I needed easy. We hired the Junk Pros to clear office furniture (we were moving and junking a lot of our desks, file cabinets, etc.) after requesting quotes from 3 other junk removing companies, including 800GotJunk. We chose them because 1. they were the most reasonably priced with no haggling needed, 2. their quote was explicit that they would take everything we specified for the rate quoted, not vague and based on how many trucks they may end up using, 3. the great reviews, and 4. the attentive follow up and responsiveness throughout the process by Rosie, from CS. We were NOT disappointed. The movers arrived on time, were efficient, professional and had a great attitude. Our office was cleaned out in no time. They had no problems maneuvering the junk around the many crates and other obstacles we had laying around because of our office move. At the end, there were no surprises as to price. We paid exactly what was quoted to us. The whole thing was painless and straightforward. Highly recommended and I would hire them again anytime.

Our office moved a few months ago and were looking for a dependable crew to dismantle and dispose of 25 full cubicles. I must say that The junk Pros have a great staff which are so organized and professional. We called them the same day and they were able to provide COI and send the crew within a few hours. I would highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

The guys arrived ahead of schedule, worked efficiently and cleaned out my apartment as promised. I highly recommend them.

They were well-informed, put together a very accurate quote, came on time, and worked extremely efficiently. They had a backup plan for 2 additional days in case it took them longer, but they were so efficient that they finished the job in 1.

We hired The Junk Pros to clean out a house for my husband's deceased aunt. It was a thorough pleasure interacting with Rosie, who is very customer focused and professional. Her friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I always felt that she wanted to make sure that I had a good experience. She's the glue that holds everything together.

Junk Pros is very efficient at what they do. They were on time and wasted no time in tackling the job of removing four full loads of furniture and other items. They also removed four rooms of carpeting and left the entire house broom clean.

There was a little glitch about furniture that was supposed to be donated instead of trashed, but the onsite supervisor, Craig, apologized for not communicating clearly enough to his workers.

All in all, this was a great experience. The four rating is not intended to take away from their professionalism. It merely reflects that there was a hiccup.

I would definitely use them again. Kudos to Gary, Craig, Rosie and their stellar workers.

Bewareeeee of there estimates there are not accurate.There are OVERR Priced I am knot a happy camper.I just had them in my house July 9, 2018 to clean my backyard up it still a disaster.I got charged over $600.00 for knot even a half of truck just clothes and bottles.I am soooo disponted I work very hard for my money to get ROBBED the way I just did.I have pictures videos to prove this the little bit of garage they removed for OVER $600.00 This is a Robberrrrrr Bewareeeeeeee.
