They were early which worked well with my schedule. They reviewed the site to determine what was needed. It was a small job and took approximately 1/2 hour to complete. The men were professional in their approach and considerate of the office surroundings.

I had anxiety over clearing large appliances, furniture, rubble and other items from my basement and front yard. I made the right choice with Junk Pros. They arrived on time, were courteous, professional and reasonably priced.

The Junk Pros were well-organized and hard-working. They diligently tore into the daunting task at hand and finished the job in the time promised, while still taking the time to call out items for the customer to take a longer look at. They brought enough people to efficiently handle the challenges of emptying a fourth-floor walk-up apartment in record time. They left the premises "broom clean" and suitable for turning over to the landlord.

...actually, one and a-half loads! I was at a loss on how to clean out a 3-BR apartment that I wanted to rent. I was only in town for a few weeks to handle the chore and although I tried the donation route, I was disappointed to discover that many organizations did not come out to my area in the Bronx.

I found Junk Pros online and called for an estimate. The estimator came within a day or so and was ON TIME. The 3 great guys who did the actual work were ON TIME, courteous, PRESENTABLE, and extremely efficient. I had tried to consolidate as much as possible everything to be hauled away. But the gentlemen were very patient and accurate when I pointed to "Just that, not that; only these, but don't touch those..." etc. They were also careful in going down my 2 flights of stairs. Only one small ding in the very narrow stairwell, which they did point out to me--they did not try to "get away with it." No worries, I was scheduled to paint afterwards. They broom cleaned when they were done and left everything very tidy.

I would recommend them to anyone who just needs to GET RID OF IT ALL without extra time, energy or worry

I called and gave a detailed inventory to the company. I was quoted a price but when the team showed up, they informed me it would be another price. After some discussion they agreed to the original price but didn't take all of the items so I had to remove those myself.

My father had to me moved to a nursing home and I needed to clean up his apartment for his return. I called The Junk Pros for an estimate, a gentleman came to my father's house and spoke to me about my situation and what I needed to do. After must consideration, I called and made an appointment; the team came and treated my fathers house and belongings with respect and took only the items i selected. I recently needed to empty out the contents of my deceased best friend's very cluttered apartment. I had gone through it a few times to take out the valuables, but since I live in a different borough (with no car), emptying it out would have been impossible for me.

The Junk Pros came to the rescue. They showed up on time (actually early), worked like horses, and left the 2-bedroom apartment broom-clean by the end of the day.They were courteous, professional, and sensitive to the situation. I don't know what I would have done without them. The price was reasonable (not cheap), and worth every penny. I recommend them without hesitation.

I hired Junk Pros to remove office furniture from a three story office space. They sent a team of eight and did the work quickly and thoroughly. They left the space tidy. The rates were reasonable. I have already called them again for a similar job.

The Junk Pros team was exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in New York City and I called in the Junk Pros for a very difficult clean-up of a two-bedroom estate listing. They gave us a very fast estimate and then cleared the space quickly and perfectly. I can count on the people at Junkpros to be responsive even on short notice. They have always acted professionally, their work is thorough and most importantly I do not get complaints from managing agents about their performance. I hired The Junk Pros Company to remove old and excess furniture from the agency for distruction.When they arrived that day, it was raining very heavy and even though the weather was terrible they performrd admirably.
