Ordered deathrays and wallet a month ago...still not arrived. Insult to injury they are offering the same combination as a bundle with a discount price now...so, still taking orders even though they haven’t fulfilled loads. Rubbish communication...no response to emails. Don’t order from them.

I placed an order close to a month ago thinking I would have it in time for my holiday but it hasn't even been dispatched. Emailed once and got a reply telling me that it may take slightly longer than usual in times of high demand; that was over two weeks ago. Emailed again a week ago and I am being ignored.

Pretty irritating as if it doesn't arrive by the end of the week I will have to try and get a refund which will be a further waste of my time.

Two stars rather than one because I have ordered from them once before with no real issue.

By the looks of things these guys have gotten themselves in way over their heads at the moment with high demand and are struggling to fulfill their promises. Not sure I'll want to risk buying from them again.

I placed an order for a number of items on 26th July. I've been chasing delivery for weeks. I've been given a multitude of different excuses but every time promised that delivery will be that week. But the delivery never arrives. Seven weeks later, still nothing. Whether the company deliberately lie or are just totally inept I can't say. However, looking at the number of reviews on here of customers having the same problem, something is badly amiss with this company.
I really didn't want to have to leave this review but I'm still without paid for goods after seven weeks and fed up with all the false promises. Other potential customers should be warned. Unless you're prepared to wait months and spend hours chasing delivery, you may want to go elsewhere.
UPDATE: It's now been 8 weeks since I placed my order and 16 days since I've had any response at all regarding chasing where it is. How this company stay in business is a mystery.
UPDATE 2: Shortly after my update above and about 2 months after my order, I managed to get a refund after stating that TKT had breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 under the maximum 30 day delivery rule. I see that on 'Company Check' website it shows the company status of TKT as 'Meeting of Creditors'. A Google search will explain what this means but may exlain why the company website has been down for weeks and a growing number of people are complaining on here of non-delivery and poor communications. As another reviewer has identified, the owner appears setting up or getting involved in other companies looking at the information held by Companies House. Should TKT become bankrupt, there are strict limitations on a director of that company managing or forming another company. I will watch with interest what happens there but I hope that either TKT gets back to the principles on which it was originally started or that those who are owed money are suitably compensated. The current total lack of communication really is appalling.

Pre-ordered a pair of Dethray sunglasses as a birthday present to myself, however 2 months later, still nothing. Apparently, they were shipped but I never received them.

I asked for a replacement pair which I was told would be sent out that week... that was 2 weeks ago and now no one is responding to my emails.

Outrageous!

ordered some deathrays, they took a while but arrived just in time for my holidays. Good quality build, nice design and good lenses, the only gripe I had was that I didn't get many updates as to the status of my order, other than that top quality goods.

I ordered sunglasses but I never got that and for that I emailed and tried to contact them many other ways in many times but they never replied me anything. They are very inconvenience and very unhelpful once you made a payment.they do cheat with customer and never sent the item that you pay for.

12 days after my order was placed and still nothing has been shipped this is a fake site and it just another internet scam.

Ordered a few prints and they turned up all sparkly and boss.

Nice products, good service, will use again in the future.

This is the second time I've ordered a free item where you just pay postage. On both occasions I've received nothing. Will no waste my time or money again.

After being instructed to send order numbers to the email in the reply to this review I did. I've not even had an acknowledgement that the email was received much less a resolution.

Great customer service via email, I ordered a bundle which included sunglasses, I had to wait about 3-4 weeks for it to show up but it was because they had to wait for sunglasses to arrive before could be shipped.

If I could give no stars I would . The order of sunglasses took 3 months to arrive after loads of emails with the same stupid generic response . Cheap nasty quality !!

I ordered my product and when it arrived it looked great and feels like good quality too. The only problem was the delivery, I ordered my product (bearing in mind there was nothing on the company’s website to suggest that the product was not in stock) and waited for delivery.

Two weeks of waiting later I emailed the company and didn’t receive a reply, two days later I messaged them on Instagram and left a comment on their (very active) instagram feed.

Another day passed and I finally got separate responses to my email and Instagram messages despite me quoting the delivery number and the other message in each message I sent. I was told delivery would take another two weeks.

Fair dues to the company when I explained that I’d ordered the product for a holiday a week away they said they’d expedite delivery and sent it out that day. So all in all I waited three weeks the delivery of a product which should have taken five days.

All in all it’s a great store but they need to sort their logistics out.

Ordered a bundle from them, took nearly a month to arrive, had to chase them for updates as they never bothered to let me know there was a delay, just happy to take my money. Same excuse used each time, no apology, no discount, no gesture. Poor service. After a bit of internet digging, it seems they do this a lot. Can’t say I’ll be rushing back to spend more with them.

Took over 6 weeks to deliver, no communication, after 4 weeks i enquired again and they said they had run out of stock and were waiting for new shipment. Told would be sent by the end of that week. Still nothing. End of 6th week finally arrive.... And wasn't worth the wait!!

Ordered the DethRays for my amazeballs other half. He loves them sooooooooo much! And he rocks the socks off them 🤘😜🤘big love! ❤️
