Ordered a top online as there was an offer for a free print, got a second free print with it, both amazing designs (one I selected as part of the offer and the second was in with it, I assume for making a purchase too). The t-shirt is really comfy and a great fit! I bought a size Small and usually fit into a 10-12 top. It looks good and feels amazing quality. It took a little while to arrive but it was worth the wait and the delivery packaging was super cute

Great service. I've bought a cutthroat blade and some awesome shades over 6 months ago and there have had alot of use but still top quality.

I bought a tracksuit for my daughter and she loves it. The quality of the fabric is lovely and the garment is well made.

Got a jumper and pair of joggers from this company, they are amazing quality and very sturdy, I use the joggers at the gym so they have had a lot of washes and the print hasn't changed since the day I got them. Extremely high quality. The company did have some delivery issues earlier this year due to an unanticipated surge in orders on a massive scale, the company kept me well informed and have now worked a new system to meet large customer demand.

Pleased with price, product, packaging etc. However it took far too long to arrive. It was at least a week before I even got a message to say that it had been shipped.

I ordered from The Killing Tree on a Saturday hoping for the items to arrive by, at the very latest, the following Friday so that I could take the items away on Holiday with me. As it turned out, that didn't happen. There was no indication on the website to suggest items were out of stock or would be delayed in delivery. I checked daily for a change in my order status to suggest the items had been shipped and saw nothing. By the Tuesday I sent a message just to check out when the items would be delivered, receiving a response saying that my E-mail would be dealt with within two days. By the Thursday I had got nothing, so sent two more messages via two different contact points.

Suffice to say Friday came and went, no change in order status, and on the Saturday morning I went on Holiday. The items arrived the Thursday after I left, so nine working days after I'd ordered. It was at that point that I finally got an answer to my messages.

The items are great, but it is ridiculous how long it takes this company to actually ship items, and even more ridiculous that they have an auto reply saying they will respond to messages within two days, when it took me nine days to actually get something out of them.

Having seen the reviews from other people on here, I've decided that despite the quality of the goods I will not order from them again. It's 2018, and online shopping is now a larger part of the retail market. When people place orders they don't expect to have to wait nearly two weeks to receive items without being given a legit reason, and if you can't actually stick to your two day response time, don't say you can! It's that simple.

I don't know if there's a deep seeded problem with The Killing Tree or it is just poorly managed but it amazes me they still have the customers they have. My order was around £45 and whilst not a huge amount of money I do not like the experience of feeling as though someone may have taken my money and ran, as it appears they have with others. I would prefer to deal only with trustworthy companies that can be relayed on and The Killing Tree simply cannot.

I love this website! They offer such unique designs that you can’t find at regular high street shops. Great quality and pricing.
One of my favourite things about The Killing Tree is the art. They have amazing prints that get included on a lot of their clothing and I absolutely adore the fact you get a free print with the shirt (that’s what I’m all about! My wallet hates me for how many things I’ve bought in the last couple of days!)
They have great customer services and I’ve never had a thing go wrong with my purchases. I am over the moon that I found this website and have shared it with a bunch of my friends who also love spectacular art and unique clothing styles.

Amazing value prints, just had to pay postage. Delivery took a while but that’s understandable with the unexpected demand that they had at the time of ordering. Great company, would 100% order again.
