I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my project finished because I know how hard it is to select designers and manufacturers, and I wanted to help others out who may be considering using Sam, Martina and Svez. The whole process from initial design to final drawings, construction and installation was as close to perfect as you can get. I have built kitchens in London and New York, and the quality of the cabinetry was as good or better than the very top kitchen showrooms in London and New York — but for significantly less money because you are not paying for a showroom or advertising budgets. Everyone was so creative, diligent and can-do and the final product was outstanding. Thank you again.

I would never recommend Kitchen Direct after the poor-quality work they carried out in my home. I am now preparing to take them to court because the job was not completed properly.

Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I previously left a review, but it was somehow removed. That will not stop me from sharing my experience.

Based on my dealings with them, I cannot recommend Kitchen Direct to anyone. In my opinion, Yves and Martina were extremely unprofessional, and the entire experience has been disappointing from start to finish.

So we have just finished a development of 6 Boutique Luxury Apartments and luckily we had Kitchen Direct on board….

This wasn’t a small job, so we put it out to tender…

X6 Large Bespoke Kitchens, x18 Bespoke Wardrobes, x6 Utilities.

Overall, Kitchen Direct were not the cheapest but from the off my business partner and myself got on really well with Zvez and Martina. Creative, like-minded people.

An when your spending £350,000 it’s pretty important there is trust and you get on well…

A sensible payment plan and realistic time scales…

Delivery and fitting was on point.
Zvez even worked till 1am on a Saturday just so we could get our delivery on time…

Anyone using Kitchen Direct are more than welcome to view their work at our apartments. “The proof is in the pudding” as they say….

An our Apartments don’t scream Luxury, they whisper it…..

Was recommended Kitchen Direct by a friend, nothing was a problem for Zvez and Martina and so glad we used them

Great product at amazing price . We love our new kitchen ! Zvez & Martina were amazing , nothing was too much work for them . They have updated our design several times until we were 100% happy with the layout . The work was executed to perfection , including installation . Highly recommend !

Excellent quality and a lovely finish. Made exactly to spec, delivered on the date promised, and well packed so everything arrived perfect. Honest, easy to deal with, & great value. Highly recommended.

We used Kitchen Direct for a new Kitchen in our renovated property. I have to say their service was first class from our initial conversation, until fitment of the Kitchen. We were so impressed that we asked Martina and Zvez to fit all our bedroom wardrobes and additional furniture to include a kitchen table and matching coffee table. Extremely professional and experienced. We have used Kitchen Direct Ltd three times now and every and each time we know that we’re left in safe hands from the start to the very last little detail.

The work was executed to the highest standard, the team was great start to finish, we had some issues with the design but they were very helpful and addressed everything together with us.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a furniture company, very disappointing. The furniture were poorly made and far below the standard advertised. The customer service team was dismissive and did not take responsibility for the issues. The delivery took so long also, I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Very poor from delivery and service from them. Delivery took so long with different explanations and excuses. Only for the furniture to come and it was not what I wanted. Customer service is very poor from the entire team. Give them a chance at your own risk .

After visiting several providers we found Kitchen Direct after a friend's recommendation.
Thank goodness we did! From survey to installation, the service we received was second to none. We were kept informed at every stage & didn't need to lift a finger! Martina and Zvez guided us through the design process, using their knowledge & experience to help us get the most out of our budget.
Their team were efficient, professional & accountable. If they said something was going to happen it did. Their knowledge & pride in their product was evident in everything they did. Always on time every day & ensured we were kept up to date with the installation process.
Our new kitchen has exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, craftmanship & value for money! Kitchen Direct made the whole process enjoyable & stress-free. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Direct. They've given us the kitchen of our dreams!!

I wish I could give these guys 100 stars ⭐️ Everyone was brilliant ! The designers gave me the most amazing ideas - how to maximise every inch of my space , incredible storage solutions and most of all absolutely stunning kitchen ! It was such a great opportunity to be able to buy directly from the manufacturer ! I’ve saved an absolute fortune and the quality is times superior then high street ( I had quotes from Wren & Magnet ) . Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking for kitchen , appliances and worktops !

I’ve ordered kitchen and wardrobe from Kitchen Dircect in early December . They have completed the project in less than 3 weeks , considering everything was fully bespoke and made to measure to exact dimensions of the rooms . The quality , the price , the customer service are above and beyond amazing ! Couldn’t recommend them enough ! Super professional , easy to contact and pleasure to work with !
