Cables are great and definitely so much more useful than standard ones. My daughter and I can use the same cable when we travel now even though we have IPhone & Android. Great product and though it took a little while to arrive it was well worth it :-)

After a few months our iPhone X, 12 and new iPads did not charge any more. We had to switch off the devices (or remove the heads and put it back) before charging was possible again (maybe an Apple blocking?). Customer Care answered quickly:
1.) For Apple and Type C products, please try charging with the other side of the magnet (don't know what means...)
2.) Try using different cables/magnets that came with your order and see if that fixes the issue, it may be just one accessory that is faulty and causing your issues
3.) Try to remove any case from your device
4.) Blow into your charging port to remove any dust/debris, and re-insert the magnet securely into your device
5.) Try using a different power source (e.g. if you were using a wall plug, try a different wall plug or a portable charger)
-> I'm using the Last Cable wall charger and did not remove anything, but now it works again, so there was no mechanical issue I guess. Hope it will last a bit now.

So far So Good.
Shipping is Very Slow compared to what is advertised.

Stay away from this company. The charger will stop working within approximately 2 months. If you leave a negative review here on TripAdvisor, they will email you (as they did to me), trying to guilt-trip you into modifying your review and playing the whole "small family business" card, which obviously isn't true considering the amount of sales and reviews they get.

The cable also shows visual sparks when disconnecting it sometimes which is a literal shock hazard and is extremely dangerous.

I bought 2 chargers from here. 1 was faulty. I found that once you send video proof they will be reluctant to respond however once I wrote a review they did and have resolved the issue.

So happy with this product - am now ordering another set in shorter length. No more fiddling around trying to insert the normal connector and love how the end of the magnetized cord is lighted up for hooking up in the dark. Very happy and have told many friends.

I just received my cables and am
delighted with them. The different heads allow me to charge my phones, and other electronics. I was kept informed of their whereabouts every step of the way. Questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend these charging cables. Even we seniors had no trouble navigating the purchase from order to receipt.

Ordered two cables, both worked great. After few months of use one cable malfunctioned, but it was still under 6 month warranty so I contacted them and got a replacement. A+ for fast reply time!

We have really loved the cables so far, it’s so nice that they are magnetized so no more yanking the phone/tablet on the floor..plus the red is great!!
Also when we did have a problem, the email response was the next day, solved our problem which was a manufacturing defect and the new cords are on their way..loved the fact that everything was handled on their end..didn’t need to send info etc..

Amazing product. I have purchased now 3 bundles because of the quality of this product. Every tech item I have is now charged with one of these cords! I highly recommend especially if you have the issue where your cords separate at the connections

The cables are good but took longer to arrive than stated and I was sent 1 metre cables instead of the 2 metre ones I ordered. I emailed and asked if I could return for replacement but had no response.

I love these cables.
It took 2 weeks to get them. Which is more than I hoped for.
Here in Sweden, it stopped for a while because the distributor missplaced the package.
"TheLastcable" answered quick on my inquiry and started to investigate it.
After 2 extra days, the package arrived.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, friendly, super fast at replying. Had a small issue with one item, I emailed and within a few hours I had a response and replacement being sent out. The product it's self is equally as fantastic and I won't be going back to using normal charging cables, the convenience of the product and the quality Is brilliant

Update: they did send me a replacement cable after I posted this review, their customer care is very good and I give them four stars for that. However, the other cables have now broken so I'm keeping the review at two stars. I love the concept and at first they are great but just too expensive to have to keep replacing every 12 months. Sorry.

I did think these cables were great but after having two for just over a year (purchased 8th December 2020), one has just fallen apart, the magnet bit has come out of the end of the cable. There's a 6 month warranty so I know I won't be covered hence not bothering to contact the company direct. The other cable seems okay for the time being but for a *not cheap* cable I would expect it to last longer than a year.
