El audio es muy malo
El audio es muy malo. La voz cambia la velocidad y son distintas voces.
El vídeo se empezó a mover en vertical y horizontal y tuve que salir de la aplicación.
Por otro lado, la actividad del primer día no me enganchó. Espero que mejore

EX-ATLETA de vuelta..
Desde la adolescencia he practicado deportes, me considero ex-atleta de Carrera 100 metros, Salto en Alto, Lanzamientos de objetos, etc.
Mi disciplina deportiva era buenisima.
Lamentablemente he tenido problemas cardiaco, fue la causa de olvidar mi disciplina hasta el punto de sentir los musculos de mis piernas y cuerpo entumecerse todo.
He intentado con varias propuestas de GYM que ofrecen por las redes, pero consideré que Leaply me brindaría los ejercicios que yo necesito, y así es!!
Estoy en el N° cuatro y cada vez ME SIENTO perfecta, en especial la RESPIRACIÓN.
