La aplicación me parece adecuada. Los ejercicios me parece que ayudan a mejorar la circulación y la movilidad. Quizás estaría mejor si luego de una cierta cantidad de días realice sugerencias sobre combinaciones de días. Puede ser que ocurra después, yo voy recién por el día 6

el video queda en suspenso la final, no dice cuánto tiempo permanecer en reposo, o si es por el tiempo que la persona desee, en resumen al estar con lo ojos cerrados da angustia no saber si terminó el ejercicio.
