What’s happened to my order?
I ordered a Santos kit for my son on 12 July. Tracking information hasn’t been updated since 13 July when it said the order was on its way. Have emailed to ask for an update on the status of my order.
Received a response and have now received my order. The kit is not great quality but ok for the price - my son is pleased with it and has been wearing it.
Just very slow to be delivered.

Wrong item sent, no response
EDIT: after this review they contacted me to say my emails landed in their junk folder - they have offered to send another shirt free of charge. Therefore rating goes to 4.

I bought a neymar jersey on the first of may got it on the 14th. Great shirt. Only 4 stars because i think there is room for improvement on the delivery. For example like it’s hard to know where the order is. The tracking is too vague but will be ordering again

Ordered fiorentina shirt. 2 weeks later no trace. Cannot track delivery. No answer to email or live chat. Will be using credit card to claim refund.

Scam website?
I ordered a football shirt from them which their tracking system says was dispatched on the 1st Feb. It hasn't arrived so I have emailed them twice and tried to contact them on their chat. No email response back and no response on chat. No other contact details on their website! I've never experienced anything like this before. Is this website a scam?

This is definitely not good enough on our part but we did respond to your query on our live chat but the follow up must not have appeared in your emails. Although, our tracking shows your package was delivered on 21st February and we hope it arrived safely and that you are happy with your order.
