I contacted many different companies before I came across this one and found I did not trust them enough to have faith in their tests. I needed to be tested by someone I could trust to do it right. I could tell within my first initial phone call with Marc that he was the right person to do it. I researched his background and found him to be completely credible. He was completely honest about about how it works, what will happen, what to expect and spent almost an hour on the phone with me, that’s before I even booked in.

I wanted the test doing as soon as possible and Marc worked around that for me. He was extremely upfront, honest and professional. He reassured me about my nerves and that they are normal and will not be misinterpreted. There is a difference between lying and being nervous that Marc and the testing can prove.

I had my results the same day too which is obviously a relief to anyone that worries it may take a while. It was very efficient.

My experience was great because Marc who interviewed me was so easy to get on with..
I suffer with anxiety and depression and don't really go out the house or mix with a lot of people so was nervous meeting someone new but I worried for nothing Marc was very easy to get on with which helped me greatly, but also very professional in the way he explained everything to me so it was easy for me to understand.. obviously I knew I was telling the truth I wasn't worried about that just the actual interview and not knowing what was going to happen but Marc made the whole experience much better to deal with.. Excellent service. Marc was very good and understanding. Due to the urgency of the test, he was able to see my friend immediately. She was an absolute nervous wreck and distraught... and thought she would fail because of this.... however, despite the stress she was under, the test was able to detect the difference between her feelings/phyiscal presentation and the truth.... and thankfully she was vindicated for something that she was so wrongly accused of.
