I have not received my table lamps and no one is answering the phone or my emails

Good service and safe expected delivery of a hard to find product..

I ordered two lamp shades on 31st March, 2-3 days delivery. Nothing received after a week. Phones are not working 'due to technical problems'. Did manage to get an answer via live chat to say they would chase with supplier as coming directly from them. No email as promised but managed to contact again eventually via live chat and was told Wednesday or Thursday. Nada! Can't contact still by phone and no further luck with live chat. I requested a refund, no response. Will now have to wait 30 days to request a 'chargeback' payment from my credit card company. On their contact us page they're still citing 'due to covid' as a cause for staffing numbers!! Just hopeless. 16/4/25, the lamp shades eventually arrived today but won't fit because bulb apertures much too big for my lamps. Apertures were 40 m/m and mine , which are standard, require 27m/m. This dimension did not appear on the product information.

Delivery was expected next working day. But it has not arrived after several days.

I ordered small light bulbs. The order was packaged in very flimsy packaging (a shoe box to be precise!). Half the bulbs arrived with glass smashed. Tried calling - no answer. Seems a few people have no been able to reach via telephone. Sent email no response.
Very disappointing!

I’ve been looking for small glass switchable wall lights for a long time and these popped up.

Order has not arrived. Tried to phone but the number is not recognised . I would not recommend this company .

Easy to use website and detailed descriptions of lampshades. Good prices as well.

If I could give zero, I would. Bought bulbs and every bulb that was fitted exploded sending hot ash and glass across the room. Ruined light switches and fittings and had to pay electrician. Fuming! Absolutely no response from these cowboys to numerous emails and calls. Worse company I have EVER dealt with. Next stop Trading standards.

I am not surprised to see people saying AVOID! You should not get involved with this company.
I have a porchlight still under warranty. I returned it for repair or replacement, as instructed, on 13th January. I have called many times and spoken with a very nice man. He has a detailed record of our calls, and assures me that someone will be in touch. But they never follow up. It has dawned on me that this company is doing absolutely nothing and has no intention of doing anything at all. They have effectively stolen my lamp!

Great service quick delivery easy to use website they stock all kinds of bulbs that you can not get in the high street very pleased and at reasonable prices 17/02/2025

Absolutely rubbish Company, NEVER Answers calls or emails , Takes your money & wont send items . Don’t give them your money, you’ll regret it !!!

Customer service is non existent, no reply to emails,calls,live chat or even their Facebook page,just opened a case with PayPal for a refund.

Good price, hope it will be packaged very well too as I need to resend it to Australia in a post 🙏🙏🙏
