Ordered lights back in October (Over £500 worth) . They were then "Delayed" twice. Still waiting and its now March. I've requested a refund and still no refund and no replies after several attempts. I dont know how people sleep at night ! I will be reporting.
Its a shame. You want to support small family run businesses instead of large chain high street interior shops however in this case it puts you off...

Scam. Avoid. Took my money, didn’t deliver anything, and stopped communicating.
Takes days for them to respond, they have no phone support. Takes weeks for them to dispatch. They obviously don't care at all about service. After all that, 18 days later, I find from EVRI the item was "damaged in transit" & i'm still trying to get my money back, still no response.

Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time, buy from a company who actually cares. I ordered a light on 6th December, it stated at the time it would be an extra 14 days for dispatch, that was fine, that would still allow for Christmas delivery. Chased it and advised that not the case it would now be January. January came and gone and was told it would now be start of Feb. Low and behold start of Feb has come and gone and still not here. Have had no update as to when it will arrive for a month now, emails ignored. Been trying for over a week consistently to get a date when this will arrive and getting ignored, customer service is shocking. Instant messages I managed a few replies and was told “will chase that up” but surprise surprise, no response. Very irritating when they are constantly advertising deals and flash sales and can’t satisfy the orders they have. Will the light ever turn up – WHO KNOWS! Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere…
I have had no contact from Lighting Vault since order confirmation 19days ago. In that email I was informed that delivery could be up to 14days from order due to January Sales, but a courier would be in touch with delivery details. There is no option to speak to customer services when you call the telephone no. on their website, you are told by voice message to email them. When you email you are told it takes 24-48hrs for them to reply. Not a good service.

One star is too much.. avoid..
This company is a nightmare to deal with.. I purchased 7 wall lights from them, 5 arrived and the remaining 2 they sold me even though they didn't have stock. They took my money and couldn't fulfil the order. After weeks of trying to get hold of them with countless emails, I finally agreed to wait over 2 months for the lights.. now that time is due for them to be delivered and surprise surprise I can't get hold of them again...
They don't reply to multiple emails, when they do get back to you it is unhelpful and with a poor attitude. I had an online chat to try and sort the issue where they were more interested in arguing their point that they were in the right (which they weren't) than solving the problem. As a customer this is the worst customer service you can receive.. they clearly are not a customer centric business and have no idea what customer service even is... they have an automated email response that says they will get back to you within 48hrs.. my last email to them was on the 17th January with no response.. again..
I can honestly say that if you use this company and have any kind of issue I suspect you will regret it.. So from my experience I would avoid them like the plague... From reading the reviews, I am not the only one to have had this poor experience so it is not a one off...

We have ordered twice now from the lightning vault - the lights are absolutely stunning (after searching in shops and online) you will not find more elegant lights. Very happy with the service! Highly recommend!

DO NOT Buy from Lightning Vault- SAVE yourself Stress and Money.DONT ignore this .
I purchased lights worth £2,400 from Lightning Vault, but when I wanted to return two of them because they were too big for my house, the experience turned into a nightmare. They imposed stringent conditions for the return, making it incredibly difficult for me. When their delivery driver initially delivered the lights, he took the pallet without even asking if I needed it. Later, they insisted I had to return the items with a pallet, leaving me scrambling around to find one. I finally bought a pallet for £5 and wrapping material for £7, then had to pay £90 for a pallet courier to return the items. On top of that, I had to return unused light bulbs worth £80 then posted it with £13:90 as it has to be tracked , resulting in over £115.90 out of pocket, none of which I will get back.
Their customer service was unresponsive and unempathetic, with several ignored emails. They did everything possible to deter me from getting a refund, and their policies were designed to make returns inconvenient. You can’t visit their store to return items—returns are only accepted via courier. Worse, you can’t even visit their store to view the lights unless you book an appointment, which is only available on weekdays before 3 PM, when most people are at work. They don’t even have a phone line for support.
The ordeal delayed my home renovation because the electrician couldn’t proceed as I was unable to get my refund to purchase new lights.
As a result, we couldn’t use our house to host Christmas, which caused me a lot of stress and financial loss. This experience has made me vow never to buy from a small company again. Lightning Vault is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!

We ordered a floor lamp in July last year. Some of the bulbs I had ordered separately via an Amazon didn’t work initially, and the company sent correct bulbs. From the get go even the correct bulbs would go on and off intermittently, and we lived with it. When I turned the lamp on a week ago only 3 of the bulbs were working and despite purchasing an identical replacement set, they didn’t work either. Have now contacted the company twice for either a replacement lamp or a refund. Silence so far. This product was clearly faulty from the outset when the company just tired to say it was the bulbs. I wouldn’t use them again based on the fact that they have not responded within their 48 hour turnaround meaning I have had to chase. Also because they believe it ok to send out faulty items. Yes, I should have made more of a fuss re the intermittent on and off but I did not expect the majority of lights to stop working.
Fast forward to vendor response, which does not reflect the truth. I have the email chain for proof. I had an email from you in 12th January to which I sent additional information (2 emails as I forgot something in the first one). I chased on14th after your ‘please give us 48 hours to reply’. No reply. I check spam regularly. I just don’t have the time to keep chasing now. You absolutely have the right to respond to these reviews but should only really do so when you impart correct information. It’s with Barclays now, let’s see what they make of it.
