Fabulous black Japanese style dress
The customer service was lovely. Correspondence was quick. Great product, the quality is fab. Can’t wait to wear my dress to my friends hen dinner 😍 . Shipping was 2 weeks. (Patience is a virtue so didn’t bother me 💖)
I am happy with my purchase and the customer service that came with it. I would defo recommend!!

I read some reviews about shipping before buying and it can take a while if your in UK but i wouldn't let that put you off as the quality of the clothes is really good and there always a message away on Instagram.
What I loved about the Lilith clothing is that it's unquie, the graphic tops are so cute and strange but the good kind lol
Would recommend if you like alternative and witchy clothing.

Great product and wonderful experience
Wonderful group that were very polite when talking to them. The shirt I ordered was extremely comfortable, fit well and matches my aesthetic perfectly. Shipping was a decent time, received in great condition, and just had a great experience.

Amazing customer service
I ordered the wrong size and they sent me the correct size for free. The staff are very friendly and reply promptly. I would recommend buying from this brand because they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchase.

It has been over a month
It has been over a month, and I have not yet received my tracking number, let alone my item. I keep contacting the instagram account, to find out if they know what has happened to my order, but it's the same answer every time, "Sorry babe, not got it yet". I also saw some of the clothes being sold on this website were also being sold on the DDLG Official website, which seem far more trustworthy than The Lilith.
