Sham - completely unlike the online content shown. We purchased this kit to make a foot and hand cast for our daughter. What they show online is nowhere close to the experience. The first time it was a disaster (did not work). I wrote in to show them what happened. They didn't offer to send a second try gratis - I had to pay for it ($20). The mix never truly mixed as per the directions and we had yet another failed attempt. I wrote in for a refund and the best they said they could do was 10%. DO NOT BUY. This is a sham company for sure.

Still waiting for email confirmation after 3 days.Not happy at all. Paid for a bracelet for 40th birthday and got no email confirmation or number for my product. Phone number does not work and email keeps bouncing back.
8 days later still not received!!

its a brilliant company. customer service was xceptional.contacted me tolet me know my birthstones in silver were out of stock and to ring them. very easy to contact despite previous reviews. agreed theay forward and my item was despatched very quickly. beautiful birthday bracelet

I ordered a silver locket that is supposed to open up to show my chosen photo. The locket is tiny and doesnt even open and cost over £50
You cant get in touch with the company either.

I ordered a sterling silver bracelet on 17th July and when I received it, not only did I not think it's worth the £42.50 I paid,but although it says Sterling silver on the order and the box the bracelet is in, the bracelet is actually rose gold.
When I've tried the customer service telephone number and the email address to rectify the problem, I can't get through to either.
I would not recommend this company.

Non existent customer service when the cheap jewellery break's, I have tried to contact them and my emails go ignored. Not acceptable. Would not recommend. Go to a company that cares.

Bought for my goddaughter for her wedding, the picture indicated it bigger. Had it engraved so can't return. The service was extremely quick and nicely packaged which is why I have given it 3 stars. However you can barely see the engraving on both sides. Probably won't give it to her now. I know that it stated a dainty heart but the photo was deceiving. Was going to order a similar item for a friend's birthday but have changed my mind which is a pity because the items look so nice.

If I could score zero I would. Tried to cancel one bracelet 1 hour after ordering, rang the number 3 times, emailed 3 times, they just sent the order!,!
tried to return, literally no answer from anyone.
I will never use this company again, absolute shambles. Going to contact my credit card company to ask for support.

I am extremely disappointed. Ordered two engraved charm bracelets (one for my sister's wedding day and one for my niece's 18th birthday). Supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail 24 - arrived a day late. One of the engraved hearts has tiny scratches and needs replacing. I sent a photo but they will only send a replacement charm (I'd have to pull the current one off with pliers and put the other one on, closing it with pliers). I don't want to do this! It's Easter weekend - bracelets are needed for Wednesday so there's no time to return the bracelet and get another sent. This is apparently in their 'Terms and Conditions'.
I will have to give the bracelet with the damaged charm as there's no time to sort this.
Won't be using the company again.

Item was lovely. I had given a poor review as I’d paid for mother’s day postage (10am Saturday day before) it arrived on the Tuesday. After emailing they stated they do not work weekends which is why it didn’t get sent until Monday (but there was no mention of this on their website and at checkout it clearly stated order by 1pm for Mother’s Day delivery. After a few complaints over email they eventually refunded the delivery fee as requested so raised to 3*s but had I been truly relying on Mother’s Day delivery I would have been far less pleased (this was just an extra present as saw it and liked the look of it)

What a disappointment.
I placed an order on the 10 of March. Two days later I received an email stating my order was placed on hold as they no longer have the item in stock. I asked for a full refund and never heard back. I have been chasing them via email but the costumer service is shockingly poor.
I would not recommend this company at all.

…so after this rancid outfit eventually got in touch to acknowledge their error, they sent out a prepaid returns label for us to send the wrong items, x2, back. Upon receipt of this, they proceeded to only give us a HALF refund. When challenged, their response was that we only returned one of the two items which is a blatant lie. Fortunately we expected them to be difficult so we have photographic evidence that we returned both and Consumer Direct are on board (possibly Trading Standards too).
Just to point out that our order was a keepsake for our two daughters in tribute to their late Grandfather. So ignore all their marketing emails about the amazing keepsakes they supply. They are nothing but disrespectful thieves.
I will update again after our legal intervention but just wish we had paid by credit card to exercise the chargeback facility that others, on here, have had to do.
Point of principle now for a battle that they will most certainly lose.

What a disappointing experience I’ve used so many times before and the lack of customer service around my order was shocking. No response to my ticket raised had to call and they said it would be sent out the next day 5 days later I call again and it’s still not sent! Now I’ve got to find presents last minute due to order not arriving and being placed 19/02!!! All I got was sorry!!!

Order was received with items missing. Customer service is non existent and get no response at all. Am now pursuing a chargeback via my credit card

I ordered an engraved necklace from them in late December which arrived quickly (the only positive of this). Upon inspecting it though the clasp was mishaped and made it hard to put on and left a gap meaning the necklace could come off. I contacted them via email and phone and deposited numerous chasers I didn't get a response for nearly a month. They admitted it was faulty and suggested a few options for rectifying this, however when I took them up on one of these offers they never responded again.

After 2 months and no meaningful response from the Little Keepsake Company I have done a charge back through the bank as they admitted the necklace was faulty and then did not resolve this.

I will be purchasing from elsewhere now and would advise anyone else to do the same.

The delivery was longer then expected so leave enough time when ordering. However this bracelet is the most special piece I’ve ever got. It’s engraved perfectly with words from a loved ones card. They have got it just perfect

ordered a personalised keyring for my boyfriend on the 9/2/25, arrived 19/2/25 which i think is pretty good for a small business. it was originally intended for valentines but that’s on me for ordering late so i would advise to order a little while in advance of special events to ensure it comes on time. high quality metal and beautiful engraving. i’m very happy with how it turned out and he loved it. great customer service, called and emailed due to no circle keyrings but super easy to switch it to another shape they had
