I have bought Christmas ornaments from The London Christmas Company for the three years. Some for personal use and others for gifts. Quick delivery, reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. Shipping to USA is quick and reasonable
These ornaments are so gorgeous! I’ve purchased some for family and friends. Our tree looked super special with our London memories!!

My mother in law adored the ornaments. The designs are really lovely and the quality is really there. Honestly my only complaint is that I wanted to buy more but there's only so much to choose from at the moment. Please expand the range, I'd love to see more designs!

Similar story. Ordered an item, took payment. Have had no response to any emails and not got a clue if or when item will arrive. There are other vendors available!!

Jake, we're sorry. You paid, then heard nothing back and didn't know when your order would arrive. That's on us, not you. Your order has now shipped and you should have the tracking details. The London Christmas Company had some internal issues which resulted in my order not being completed as expected. There were a few miscommunication but they recently had the balance of my order delivered.
I can't express how incredibly beautiful their items are, the pictures on their website truly can't do them justice.
I can't recommend the quality of their items and the care exhibited by their team strongly enough!
