The London Honey Company Opiniones 

Never bought any honey as customer service was so incompetent I cancelled my order. I tried using one of their promotional codes but they kept insisting it was expired despite what their promotional email said. Only changed their mind when I emailed a screenshot of it. By then I had enough and decided to order elsewhere.

I bought their London produced honey in the hope that it will soothe my hayfever. It was on the expensive side to be honest but it arrived within a few days and was very well packaged. I can honestly say it tastes out of the world, rich with different layers of flavour. The best honey I've ever tasted.

Great honey. But £7 delivery, followed by the courier Packfleet trying to charge an additional £4 - £7 to book a delivery slot. Feeling a bit ripped off!

I bought my jar from Waitrose in John Lewis's food hall on Thursday.
I can photograph the jar, I am looking at it now.
I contacted the company to say the honey was rock solid and I haven't been able to even scrape anything from the jar.
Of course Waitrose will refund the purchase, but I don't understand The London Honey Companies attitude. Regards Pearl B

Made a special trip to see The London Henry Company, it stated on the website it is open on a Saturday 9am - 3pm, got to them about mid day and they were closed. The shop next door said the were now closed for the summer. You need to update your website, because the information is very poor, I then tried to call and had no answer. Not going to order on line as the P&P Is £6.99, the honey I want is £10 so that’s nearly £17 in total for a jar of honey, crazy.

Bought a bee hive from them. It was advised that it had been stored, but was also described as "new, unused and undamaged and in original packing". Further described as "ready to go, just assemble and add bees."
In reality, essential parts were missing and damaged, which they did not agree to provide. Subsequently they failed to respond to communications asking them to fulfil their obligations.
Missing parts, although not large or very expensive rendered the hive unusable, and were only obtainable from the main stockist, which took quite some time and effort to establish what was required.
Don't know what their honey is like, but buying a bee hive from then would not lead to me wanting to do further business with London Honey Company.

Love the stubby candles. They were well packaged and delivery was quick.

I was looking for something new/ different/ special in the way of honey, and I came across the London Honey Company. I have been very impressed with my first order: a) super fast delivery; b) very well / safely packaged; c) excellent product - something you cannot find on the supermarket shelves. The honey really is special - my favourite so far is the London Honey. Will definitely be buying more!
