I was moving the contents of a one-bedroom flat within London, doing my own packing. They sent a staff member round to survey the contents prior to the move, so that they could produce a meaningful quote. A team of just two movers had my property loaded in an hour and unloaded in another hour at the other end. They arranged red-route parking for me as well. The move went extremely smoothly thanks to London Removal Company and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I moved on Feb 14th 2018, from Peckham, SE15, to the Kent area.
Removers arrived on time and were extremely efficient at removing items from my home. However, I did feel that after they had packed and were leaving my home that there were still items left inside. If my brother hadn't been there to help me I don't know what I would have done, I found it very stressful.
The following day, after the moved I noticed some damage to a leather chair, I contacted the company and was told that the damage was brought to my attention prior to the items being moved, I honestly don't recall this as there was so much happening on the day of the move, also some for the removers were difficult to understand due to their accents. The company said the damage was also noted on the sheet that I signed for at the end of the job. It was, but I was so tired having been up all night packing, I signed it without even reading it...I would have signed anything just for a sit down and a cuppa.
The guy that moved me called me to discuss the damage and said that he would speak to someone else and get back to me, probably the following day, but he never did. I cannot recommend this company.

Very helpful; my move did not go smoothly due to issues with obtaining the keys which meant a late move. However, the movers remained cheerful and helpful throughout

This is the second time in a year that I have used The London removal Company. It was a difficult removal, for them as well as me, and they dealt with it with care and good humour throughout. It made a great difference to have such sympathetic and helpful people working on this job.

I have nothing but praise for the lovely guys (both called Chris) who did my move! They arrived on time, were so capable, friendly, polite and did the job really well. Instead of being a stressful experience we enjoyed the day and were delighted with how well it all went - thanks to the London Removal Company! Also I would like to mention the lady on the phone who helped me book and arrange everything - nice and helpful at all times and reassuring with a kind voice! I called the company at 8:45am in the morning on the off chance that they could assist with an office move that morning. Without hesitation they checked and were able to accommodate my request. When taking payment they noted that I was on a train and suggested that I call from a more secure location to provide them with credit card information. Thoughtful, helpful service.

The gents that turned up were helpful and thorough and took care to mark the boxes.

I also required storage at the last minute and they took the boxes off to their storage facility without any problems. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

We moved 60 miles away on one of the worst days weatherwise ever! snow blizzards, high winds, black ice and fog. We got to our new home , which is on an estate at the top of a hill, and no cars could manage to get up, let alone a massive removal lorries.. as they were just wheel spinning.
These fantastic guys spent 2 hours gritting the whole road, they found grit, shovel, spades, brooms and they got us in!!!
They were incredible, they then had to unload till late at night. They did not stop working. They all worked amazingly as a team and we have already recommended them to everyone that we know.
All 7 of them are true assets to their company.

We have had a professional service from The London Removal Company from the outset. Kim was able to give us a quick estimate on the volume and required two quotes as there was stuff going into storage as well as with us to the new place. We clarified any queries with Julie ahead of the move and they were able to accommodate our move at short notice.
On the day the boys turned up early and they were completely organised, professional and friendly in their approach to us and the job at hand. They were moving a lot and set about loading the vans in a methodical fashion. They were great from start to finish and it was a long day.
I would have no hesitation about recommending The London Removal Company.

I used them to move my parents approx 40 miles with the pre-packing service offered by them. The team turned up promptly and introduced themselves and were very friendly (the team - Pablo, Matt, Joe, Raul) and worked with a smooth and confident ease.

Excellent service. The initial survey was arranged and undertaken quickly; the quote came through the same day. Quote was marginally higher than competitors but crucially was a fixed fee as opposed to being time dependent which made things considerably less stressful on moving day.

The two gentlemen undertaking the move were polite, helpful and worked very quickly. Highly recommended company - will use again.
