I love this casino. I would rate it 5 stars because they have awesome games. They have great payment options and awesome bonuses. My only issue has been when they offered me a 25 no deposit bonus,
It wouldn’t apply to my account. I went to support and they escalated it for me. The escalation team came back and said that it was a 45$ deposit required bonus. However the screenshot I sent them shows it was a gift from the casino for world circus day. There was in addition to the free no deposit 25 spins a deposit bonus for 70 free spins on deposit. They refuse to give me the bonus. I’m a new player here and have only been playing for maybe 2 weeks. As mentioned I love the games but I find it extremely frustrating that the bonus wouldn’t apply to my account and escalation team has turned my no deposit bonus into a deposit bonus. Aside from that love this casino and will continue to give it another chance.
