When the product I wanted didn't seem to be available I sent an email to see what was happening and got a prompt reply to say it was out of stock (well, it was the run-up to Christmas!) and would be back in stock in January. And it was.

What a wonderful band. The pom hats are beautiful, thick and warm. With best quality pom on top. I have had one of these hats for a good 5 years. The pom looks as good as it did when I bought it. I always get complements when I wear these hats. If you like hats these little beauts are a must.

She wanted me to order her a pom pom hat in the cable knit in navy. She absolutely loves her too ❤️

Beautifully made and a much better fit than any hats I’ve previously bought elsewhere. Very comfortable and warm. The pom-poms are lovely and love the fact they can be detached and swapped between hats. Delivery was really fast. I will definitely be buying again.
