You order from then because they say you will get item by said time but after you order they take for ever to ship then let you know your order will take 2 weeks longer then expected. Terrible company don't use them if you care about accountability.

I've been a repeat customer of The Mag Shack for years. The prices are great and shipping is always fast. I have nothing but great things to say about The Mag Shack. I see the negative reviews on here and they are not justified. Shipping issues are not The Mag Shack control. I've been a repeat customer for over 5 years and this company over delivers every time. Thank you The Mag Shack.

Ordered several items back in August. Shipping was prompt and they arrived in good order. Very pleased with the price and service.

I had a negative experience with The Mag Shack my first time trying them out when I purchased a pair of mags for a friend's birthday Oct. 4, 2025.

The order never arrived and The Mag Shack never notified me there was a problem, leaving me to suss out the mystery of my missing mags for myself.

When I hit The Mag Shack tracking link Oct. 10 it returned an error code. So, I emailed them to find out why and got this disappointing and poorly spelled response Oct. 13:

"We apologize that the cancelation email we sent previously must not have reached you. Your order tripped our fraud detection system and was canceled/refunded. To avoid future issues, we advise having the order shipped to the billing address associated with the card used on the order."

The alleged "fraud alert" was a false alarm, but by the time I learned Mag Shack had botched the order it was too late to fill the gift with another provider. As for Mag Shack's alleged cancellation email - I don't believe one was ever sent.

Haven't seen a refund yet either.

Obviously, I'm not impressed. Fortunately, there are a plethora of purchasing options for firearms enthusiasts these days. Most of which treat their customers with more respect than The Mag Shack.

Yes, the firearms industry is a heavily regulated industry. However, most of the companies who serve it manage to navigate the legal requirements without failing their customers like this.

I had no issues ordering from the magshacks website. the order was shipped THE SAME day as i placed the order. upon receiving the package. i noticed i ordered the wrong item and i contacted the customer support team and they were quick to offer me a return label so i could get the exchange situated. Great service from their team. I will be coming back for more mags and accessories

First time customer and last,
After I placed my order I was told it would get to me by the July 15 as I paid 2-5 days shipping, after 8 days I called and asked where my order was and Im in texas but the order shows in NY and was shipped from Florida. I checked the flooded areas and nowhere between my address and the shipper so was told they would get back to me by a kelsie and when they didnt I called again and explained my situation a kevin and asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was it. He explained if I had called an hour prior he could have gotten it to me 2 days later which still would have me waiting longer and which Kelsie never told me about nor offered to do, nor did she call me back. I asked for my monies back and kevin made the remark maybe you should have paid for more expensive shipping. I will never do business with the mag shack ever again. They probably should take the time to train thier employees better and for better customer retention because I was about to order a very large order from them but I test my new clients before placing large orders to see how they treat their customers. What do they care if they blew a $100,000 order away over an order for $49.76

Items are packed fairly well and so far I have not got anything that I did not order ir anything defective. I have purchased the two pack of Ruger LCP magazines, two ets mags 40 (rounds), One 10 round extended clip for the Ruger LCP, and a Glock 17 (17 round magazine) all on seperate occasions. It is basic and straightforward however my one complaint would be the order updates sometimes do not show up in email and it takes at least a week to get your order sometimes two. I hope they get better soon because they have a lot of pontential to be a 5 star company.

They sent me a bad magazine and then want me to pay to ship it back for return. I don’t consider that customer service

Bought mags before, great, no issues, delivered fast, and some of the cheapest if not THE CHEAPEST mags on the internet. 10/10, just placed my 2nd order, will buy again.

Was sending parts out for cerekote at the end of the week and decided last minute to have some mags color matched. 6.5 grendel mags aren't nearly as common as .556 but themagshack had multiple capacity options in stock & cheaper than companies that were out of the ones i was after. Ordered from them on a Saturday & had them in my hands by Thursday. Great selection, great prices and fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
