Excellent product
Excellent product. Fast packing and dispatch.
Unfortunately using Evri for delivery is a downside as they are useless. Making excuses for not delivering when tracking says it is out for delivery.

We’re sorry to hear the delivery experience was frustrating. We do offer a choice of courier services at checkout, including Evri, DHL and DPD, so customers can select the option that best suits their location and priorities. Our aim is always to give people that flexibility, as well as to get orders out quickly from our side.
It’s great to hear we got the product packed and dispatched promptly, though we appreciate that a poor courier experience can still affect the overall order. Excellent service and advice. Big shout out to Nic. Very knowledgable and helpful. Great products. Not a fan of EVRI standard delivery timeframe. Next day option is very expensive. Would recommend TMM every time. Try the brew school too. Excellent.

Thanks for the review, shipping is always a tricky one to get right - but that's why we have all the options in place for folks and we are always looking at ways to enhance this section - for example, after some customer feedback, we have added in an alternative to DHL free shipping over £100 so they can now pick between the or half price DPD

Great service as usual. Had to go that little bit further for me recently. Placed an order that needed adding to a day later. Both orders placed with only one delivery charge that came together. Can’t fault this company on product, service and delivery.

I cannot fault Malt Millers website and the excellent service they provide, I've used them since 2021 when I started home brewing and I have found them to be of great value and sound quality. However, their real secret sauce is their wonderful advice and support where their experience really shines through.
