I’m so grateful to The Mama Menu and my friend who gifted the package to support me during IVF treatment. When there is so much to think about during treatment it is such a relief to know I am supporting my body with the nutrients it needs but without sacrificing joy from food- I’ve enjoyed every meal and snack and drink I’ve had and they've all felt like a delicious treat rather than another thing I am making myself do for IVF. I wish I had found out about it sooner and would recommend to anyone going through IVF treatment - my dishes were tailored to support my body during the specific stage of treatment and took a huge weight off my mind as well as bringing me genuine pleasure from food.

The Mama Menu has been one of the best decisions we could have made with the arrival of our new baby! Would offer 6 stars if possible! I would recommend this for everybody who has a newborn and needs that peace of mind that nutrition (especially for Mom!) is taken care of.

The food is so incredibly tasty & feels like home cooked goodness. The range & variation keeps things interesting and we are always excited for every meal.

Freya & the team are also so helpful and kind, the little personal notes add a lovely touch.

Soooo good!!! Got this for a friend who just gave birth. She’s a very good cook so picky about the food she eats and she loved it! She was shocked when she didn’t even need to season it (which she often does). Will be ordering again! Plus they are super friendly and great customer service.

10/10 for our family postpartum. What began as support for the first month after giving birth has turned into five months of consistently delicious meals and we are still ordering now that my son is 5 months old.

Freya has been wonderful to work with and helped us stay within budget without compromising on nutrition or quality. The food is fresh, nourishing, and varied (my husband and toddler love it too). Thoughtful touches like a supportive text before labour and a Christmas card made the experience feel truly personal. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, the people at Mama Menu are amazing! They go above and beyond. We used Mama Menu's catering for a baby shower. We had no end of complements on Freya's creative menu and produce. Very trustworthy and organised service. Would highly reccomend the team.

I would highly recommend the Mama Menu. Freya provides 5* quality and service. I have had the Mama Menus delivery service as well as using the team for a party - the food was amazing!! Everything was taken care of and carefully planned by the team. We will definitely be using Mama Menu again!

Freya did the catering for my son’s 6th birthday party. The food was incredible (delicious and healthy for both kids and adults). However, my kitchen was left in a mess after everything. Dirty surfaces, dirty pans and things left all over the place. I would not hesitate to recommend the food but maybe don’t let them use your kitchen!

Delicious food, exactly what was needed for postpartum, arrived promptly & well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

Recently got this as a gift after my second child. Was really just what I needed to recover and feel nourished the few weeks after giving birth. I continued enjoying it months on as a way to continue to eat good food when time poor with a newborn. Will definitely get again or gift to a friend!

I cannot recommend Freya and the mama menu enough. The meals are truly delicious and not needing to worry about food after giving birth meant I could focus on my baby. The nutrition meant I could exclusively breast feed. Freya is wonderful and a delight to interact with. It was the best investment for my recovery.

Absolutely essential for recovering Mamas and their families! I had a difficult birth ending in an emergency section and the Mama Menu helped so much (the c-section stews in particular). All food supports milk supply and I was especially impressed that they were able to cater for me as a vegetarian.

I was gifted a wonderful 2 week supply of the Mama Menu after the birth of my second baby. It had everything I needed for my postpartum healing. Everthing was so well presented, thoughtful, & incredibly tasty. I’d highly recommend this as a gift for any mama bears out there. Such a treat.
