Great customer service
Great customer service! We ordered 12 gorgous macaroons as a gift for a friend. Who was so pleased with them. We messaged the bakary with a special delivery request, they got in touch with us very quickly and were able to sort out the request. We were very thankful as we new our friends especially love 'March Hare Bakery' macaroons. We'll definitely order again. ❤️

The product looked fantastic on arrival, but I’d requested a Thursday 25th Feb delivery for a special event, but the item arrived on Tuesday which I was disappointed about.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you are disappointed that your macarons arrived 2 days earlier than your preferred date of arrival.
We use Royalmail as our 3rd party shipping providers and unfortunately they have been experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so we try to ship slightly in advance to ensure your macarons arrive either just before or on the preferred date to ensure they arrive in time for your event or special date, instead of running the risk that they arrive after the preferred date.
Despite your disappointment with the early delivery, we hope that you enjoyed your macarons at your special event.

Taste as good as they look
Beautifully packaged. We purchased the Nostalgia and the Classic collection. They look and taste exquisite. Every flavour was delicious and perfectly balanced - including the black sesame which we were both unsure whether we would like but you have 2 converts! Will most definitely be placing another order soon.
