Before giving this brand your money, do your research into the company and the person behind it.

Straight to the point and no BS advice ref meal prep and commitment. Haven’t bought any books or any of the plans but the meal prep containers are the best ones I have ever owned and will certainly be purchasing more as somehow they “disappear” when I have visitors 🤷‍♀️😉🤣

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep services, and this one actually gets it right. The food tastes fresh, not like it’s been engineered in a lab to survive the apocalypse. Portions are generous, the macros are spot on, and every dish feels thoughtfully cooked rather than mass-produced. Delivery is always on time, packaging is neat, and reheating doesn’t turn the meals into sad, soggy science experiments. It’s the rare combo of healthy, convenient, and genuinely delicious. Highly recommended.

Love all the recipes in the cookbooks, been following John for a while now, hes an inspiration on how to keep going despite all the obstacles

I have been following John for years. Just from watching his instagram I have learned a lot about calculating calories and how much just walking can help. He has been a great motivator. I also love that he is very upfront and honest and shares his personal stories too.

I have both cook books which helped me and my husband eat better and loose 7 stone between us. My husbands diabetes has gone into remission and although this was 3 years ago, I still use the recipes in the books every week. I also have quite a few of the glass meal prep containers which are great.

I’ve not signed up to TMPK for weightloss- but I follow John on social media- love his honesty, and dedication to helping people. I do use his recipes at times and the food is always tasty. The world needs more people like John!

Bought John’s cook books which are fabulous with tasty meals & bought his glass dishes …these are the GREATEST glass dishes ever …great quality & keep food fresh for ages …love the covers with the holes as so easy to reheat without splatters

I used to follow the mealprepking for for inspiration on meal prepping and healthy eating. However I found his instagram features very little meal prepping and instead is just an uninspiring mix of rants about 'haters', fat shaming people, moaning about the weather and dog walks.
He has a very bad attitude and is massively hypocritical, constantly labelling others as fat, lazy excuse makers. Even when he does (rarely) meal prep he doesn't provide details of recipes, methods etc - just repeated poorly edited and cut together videos. If anyone dares to ask a question about the meal prep they are met with a barrage of abuse.
There are many, many better fitness and health influencers out there that actually have qualifications and are knowledgeable and supportive - all things the mealprepking is not. It appears he expects TripAdvisor to work like his own social media - ie if anyone says anything bad he will block/flag their opinion and try to have it deleted.

Followed John for few years now! All I can really say is what a nice chap he is.yes I have seen his ups and downs but he is conquering all Challenges that is thrown his way. He tells it how it is some people don’t like his opinions. Hey you can’t please everyone that’s just life. Meal

I was lucky enough to win some of John's meal prep containers. They really are the best and was surprised by how much bigger they were in real life. You can fit so much in there and they really are leak proof. I've got half of them in the freezer so I might need to order more 😂

Followed John, his exercise thoughts and food prep. Honest helpful advice. realistic straight talking, if you are doing it - you will love it. If you are finding excuses not to be the best version of you - you won’t !
