oI would never use this company again. For my father-in-birthday, law's I ordered a meat box. When it arrived, it was completely defrosted; the label on the box stated that it had taken over two days to get to us, despite the fact that the website says next day delivery and that some items may be partially defrosted, but because it took longer than expected, all of the meat had thawed. I called customer service, and the man suggested putting it in the fridge for a week. I told him that wasn't good enough because my father-in-law is 80 years old and lives alone; he couldn't eat all the meat in a week. (I personally would never trust defrosted meat for more than 7 days—I believe the maximum should be between 3-5 days—so being given contradictory advice is quite concerning!) I was told that another meat box would be delivered the following week (after the heatwave to ensure the meat stays as frozen as possible) The week after that. There was no meat box to be found. I messaged the team on Facebook, and they said they couldn't get a replacement box out to me, so they were issuing a refund...so after a week of waiting, it was disappointing to be told they weren't going to fulfil what they promised. They did offer me a free delivery code for the future, but due to the disorganisation of everything, I am very hesitant to order from them again. Found another company (pipers farm) that was very quick to deliver and the meat arrived as promised.

The rating would have been 5 star if i hadn't have received the wrong bacon. Meat was lovely and well packed. Will definitely be ordering here again.

Ordered a box of £100+ worth of meat. Absolute disaster with the first delivery of defrosted meat and missing contents but think was down to the courier damaging the box not the fault of the company. One email later explaining the situation and it was all sorted so top customer service. 👌

Outstanding service! I mistakenly put the wrong delivery address on my order and the Meatbox staff were amazingly prompt in sorting it out at the last minute!
Also, the meat was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Lovely meat, great quantity and quantity for the price. Easy delivery. Only thing stopping 5 stars is the chicken kebabs were not marinated (dont know if I miss read).

Purchased £35 box and selected £8 delivery to be delivered on a Saturday in time for Father’s Day and it didn’t turn up until the Tuesday after. I’m not going to sit here shouting and raving too much, I just won’t use again.

Ordered as a Father's Day gift and paid for next day delivery as I knew someone would be at home to receive the delivery and because I'd planned to use some of the items for a family barbecue on the Sunday. It was only after paying that a message stating "we will do our best to deliver your parcel next day". No parcel appeared on the due date. On Monday, 20th June, I received an email stating there had been a technical error with the system and the carrier wasn't collecting any orders. Surely this would have been known on the Saturday so I could have made alternative arrangements? I then arranged for my order to be delivered on the Tuesday, but as Father's Day has now been and gone this has rather spoilt my experience of this company and therefore won't be ordering from them again. If you definitely know you can offer next day delivery then by all means advertise as such, but if you're not absolutely sure, please don't. It just makes you look unreliable.

The delivery didn’t happen. Apparently the parcel was lost by the courier.

Brilliant as always. Perfect selection, amazing quality meat. Makes a barbecue almost effortless.

The BBQ meat packs were great. My only issue is that DHL left the package on my doorstep in the 30 degree heat on Friday without ringing the doorbell. Luckily I spotted them so no harm done.
