The 4 stars review is only not to give a 5 as we always want to adapt and get better.
We, my mom and I, went to TMTC in Gurgaon as my sister is already there and also make the most for some healthcheck and care for both of us.
Ankur made the extra steps so we can have a room accommodated as we want and the shared space is like home, a big living room and dining table. I was literally as at home, having my laptop on the table for work or I'll own the couch to rest or watch some series/movies. I felt I almost took over the place (haha, sorry guys!)
At the aftercare centre, a doctor is available 24/7, there's at least 2 nurses on site available in case of any emergency.
We have experience it several times during our stay where in the middle of the night Dr. Piyush and Ankur would rush to see my sister along with Bhuvnesh.
Regarding food, Sameeksha will prepare meal plans according to our health condition and the in-house Chef will prepare them, healthy and delicious at the same time. Everyone at each service, housekeeping, kitchen, medical, administration, health, they are all available to help, to hear you out and to make you feel at home.
There's a team of coordinators who are always there to book any medical appointment or advise regarding any health related issue and direct us to the right facility and medical attention required. We remain owner of our decisions, with all the advices given by the team and specialists. Thank you Aryan, for making our medical appointments easy and hoping to come again so we can visit your hometown together :)
We want to come again, as a medical health resort, to meet the people out there and also enjoy visiting the places around.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I was staying here after having an emergency appendectomy, and the level of care, kindness and support I received was absolutely amazing.

The place was actually recommended to me by my aunty, I’m so grateful she suggested it. From the moment I arrived, the staff went completely above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after during my recovery.

They were incredibly understanding of everything I needed after surgery, including helping with food as I gradually progressed from soft foods back onto solids. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the staff were always so kind, attentive and genuinely caring.

Recovering from emergency surgery away from home was a really difficult experience, but having such a supportive and caring team around me made a huge difference. Every member of staff was so lovely, and I genuinely felt looked after rather than just being another guest.

Thank you so much to everyone here for making what could have been a very stressful and uncomfortable recovery such a positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful for all the care and kindness I received. ❤️

I recently underwent a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation coordinated through The Medical Travel Company, including whole body MRI, CT coronary angiography, and HRCT at Fortis Gurgaon—and the experience was exceptionally well managed.

What TMTC is building is clearly more than a facilitation service. It is a structured, end-to-end healthcare journey, where the focus is not just on access to diagnostics, but on making the entire experience seamless, dependable, and patient-centric. 

A special mention to Ankur Gupta, who played a pivotal role in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Coordinating multiple high-end investigations across a busy hospital environment is no small task, yet the process—from scheduling to on-ground execution—felt efficient, well thought through, and stress-free.

What stood out most was:

• clear communication throughout
• a sense of being guided rather than managed

This is where TMTC differentiates itself—bringing clarity and structure to what is otherwise a fragmented diagnostic experience.

Can't believe India has such an amazing healthcare system, absolutely stunned seeing the quality & top class healthcare facility under a single roof

I did the Health360 package and was completely blown away with the experience. From start to finish the hospitality was top tier. We even had our own personal chauffeur for the trip and bespoke meals that aligned with our eating and nutritional habits.

The AI diagnostics and scans I received and thr additional tests was incredible. Such a smooth transition between each analysis. Plus the red light therapy was great too! I highly recommend this package. I found out a few things in the report but I am super grateful i did as this will shape how I move forward in my life. Had I not known of this information then years down the line it could of got servere. Overall its the TMTC team that really made this experience 10/10.

Plus I also got my dental done via TMTC which was an added bonus.

I recently travelled to India with The Medical Travel Company for their Health 360 seven day programme and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. I went together with a friend and from the moment we arrived everything was seamlessly organised. We stayed in a beautiful hotel on the outskirts of New Delhi and had a private driver throughout the trip which made the whole experience feel very safe and comfortable. The medical side was incredibly efficient. I had full body diagnostics completed and the results were ready within just a few hours. I then had consultations with five different specialists including a gynaecologist, dermatologist, cardiologist, ENT and ophthalmologist. It felt very thorough and reassuring to have such a complete picture of my health in such a short time. During my dermatology consultation I had a skin tag removed which was much more affordable than quotes I had received in the UK. I also had a dental check up where a cavity was identified and I was able to have two fillings done on the same day at a beautiful clinic. The TMTC team were incredibly friendly and attentive and I felt really looked after throughout my stay. They also organised a trip to see the Taj Mahal which was such an amazing experience and made the whole trip even more special. I would like to do it again in a few years to stay on top on my health. Highly recommend, especially for women looking for a safe, well-organised and holistic health experience abroad.
