I recently transferred across from another TRT provider and wow what a difference TMHC makes. First class service. Great Dr's along with an actual clinic you can visit and see the experts face to face. I am relatively new to the TRT world and made a huge mistake opting for one of the glitzy adverts providers to look after my well-being. What a mistake that was. Over priced with dire service. Not so at TMHC, from the first minute of walking into the clinic at I knew straight away this is exactly the gold standard of treatment I sought. Superb service all round. If you haven't made the decision to move, Ditch those garbage providers that have AI bots looking after your care and move to TMHC. You absolutely wont regret it. First class clinic with first class expertise.

I’ve been a patient for 6 years now, and in that time I’ve completely forgotten the shell of a man I once was.

I’ve always had amazing service from TMHC. They never sugarcoat anything and they’re always honest, which is exactly what we all need, whether we like hearing it or not.

I’m genuinely glad I found this clinic before the TRT trend really took off and all the pop-up “clinics” started appearing.

If you genuinely need TRT, I honestly wouldn’t look any further than TMHC.

Having transferred over from another clinic that on reflection was all about the money and not their patients health. To compare them and the mens health clinic is like comparing cars with apples. The help, the professionalism and genuine care that I have experienced at the mens health clinic has been exceptional. Big shout out to Dr Stevens and Harry! Both are just so knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. Genuinely wish that I switched sooner!

TMHC have been great in tailoring a plan that works for me, breaking everything down in layman’s terms and treating me like an individual rather then a number, outstanding customer care, the best in the business.

3 months since starting with the mens health clinic and they are still one of the best companies I deal with. Information is correct and always on time, service is fantastic and friendly, just a great bunch of people end of.

After 10 years in the wilderness with suboptimal hormone control, having been treated by the NHS but constrained by their protocols, discovering TMHC was like finding nirvana. Despite all that you can read on TMHC webpages about optimisation, I remained fearful that they would put up the usual barriers to optimising treatment that I'd had from the NHS for years. I worried that I'd not be worthy of optimisation, that I'd be too old, that I'd not be listened to, that I should be grateful to have been treated by the NHS. But all that was in my head, really because I had been pushed back time and again I stopped believing in my self, and my self worth.
I should not have been worried - Dr Rob went through my blood results on the phone, reflected on my own circumstances for being where I am with TRT and recommended I book in for a consultation. Saw Dr Sean, who was super professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to put me at my ease. Realised that I was certainly not the only person with my set of circumstances and I rather suspect with over 5000 patients TMHC will have seen pretty much every presentation of low T. Started on a microdosing regimen there and then with Dr Sean demonstrating hcg mixing and administration in the consultation. Took away 4 months worth of medication - plan for a review in 4-5 weeks after another blood test to see how the numbers are panning out and just as importantly how I am feeling on the standard regimen. Never the feeling of the' hard sell' and in fact I expect there will be a number of guys who see TMHC who are told they don't need TRT / HRT if they truly don't, and they wouldn't treat just for the sake of revenue. There's an integrity and honesty with TMHC that is reassuring. For the first time in over 10 years I am feeling that my hand is being gently held and I am being guided back towards my best self. I have work to do, undoubtedly, but I am motived now to claim my reward. The medication will do so much but you do need to put in personal effort also. The InBody scan offered as part of the introductory consultation was a revelation. For an older man I am in surprisingly sound shape metabolically and that too has motivated me to 'do more / do better'. Big thanks to TMHC - I feel on the road to recovery and it's less than a week since this all started. OK, it is not a cheap option, and it will not be for everyone but I am sure you could spend a whole heap more, and get far less support and guidance and personal optimisation than you get at TMHC from 2 incredibly knowledgeable doctors. It is no wonder they are considered world class in the field of HRT and micro dosing t and hcg. More broadly the admin staff are superb- very pleasant, polite and helpful and I had a call from Harry the day after my appointment to see that I was alright and if I had any questions.

Been a patient of TMHC for over 5 years and their service hasn’t faltered once.
On Monday I had my yearly review online at 10.30, invoice for medication I ordered arrived my 10.55, I paid at 11.15 and it was on my doorstep the following day at 8.02am.
I can think of many other great examples to give on how great the service is, but the review would be boring and long.
In my opinion their service is untouchable in the TRT world.

I have thought long and hard about leaving this review as I don’t want to put a black mark against the team at TMHC, however I feel it’s important that I do.
I have previously left TMHC due to the fact that that my treatment has left no positive changes to my health.

I started TRT in December 2023 with a firm belief that I could gain some positive changes to my mental health as I was told by the team that my levels were low. I did everything in my power to do ‘my bit’ and took my medication religiously as prescribed by my doctor.
After 6-8 weeks I was surprised that I felt little to no changes so a few tweeks were made to my prescription however 2-3 months later, still no changes.
I trained, I ate well and generally gave my body every chance to help itself on my journey.
After many changes to my protocol (and spending a lot of money) I still had no positive changes.
I e mailed my concerns and also a few worrying symptoms that I had but I never got a reply. This left me feeling lost and worried.
I don’t feel that I had been supported by the team at TMHC and I also felt I was a burden to my doctor.
I have now returned back to where I was 2 years ago but now trying different options to improve my physical and mental health.

This clinic is in a class of its own to say 1st class does not do it justice. Reach out to their team they’ll gladly guide you throughout your journey. You won’t go wrong in placing your trust in them. All the best!

I was with this clinic and the due to personal reason had to leave. I tried NHS again, testogel and then monthly NHS injections. Both were so bad it was basically pointless even having them. So much so that I had to do whatever I could to get back to the Men's Health clinic. Dr Rob is very clear, you also need to put the effort in to see proper results and I'm looking forward to the new year putting all of this together to try and feel my best. Really helpful team, can't fault it

A combination of factors but not limited to a world class team who have a super power like ability to make you feel at ease in a professional, kind manner.

The speed of service when required, the access to easy blood testing at home, the speed of medication being prescribed after consultations. The helpful videos to ensure we correctly use/refill the medication, all of which is done for a very very fair price in my opinion.

My experience hasn’t been great, my first set of tablets didn’t work out the way I wanted them to. The duration wasn’t meeting my expectations as to what I was told. I have asked to change the dosage of the tablet but not yet had the chance for a trial of the new tablet with my wife but it all in all my experience with the staff of Men’s Health Clinic has been great, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, helpful my issues. Appreciate all the team has done for me so far.

The Men's Health Clinic has quite literally saved my life. After exhausting every avenue with my GP and getting nowhere, I found this clinic, and I’ve never looked back. The treatment I’ve received is absolutely first class: professional, compassionate, and tailored with genuine care.

What sets this clinic apart is that it’s not just about money. Believe me, I’ve tried others, and the difference is night and day. Dr Stevens truly listens. He understands the toll that anxiety, low mood, and hormonal issues can take, and the level of care he provides is something I’ve never experienced through the NHS.

My TRT journey has been incredible so far it’s coming up to a year now March 12th and it’s transformed my life.

However, while there are many TRT clinics out there and yes the medication makes a huge difference I would not have felt so cared for had it not have been for the compassionate and person centred care delivered by both Dr Stevens and Dr Williams.
