COMPLAINT ON REVIEW PLACED BY THIS COMPANY THAT I.DID NOT WRITE , THIS IS MY TRUE REPORT AFTER I Bought a new ventra plus disability scooter off them for 2299.99 euro, when tested the horn and indicators did not work, I was told and accused of leaving out in the rain and messing with it they refused a refund although it took 3 weeks to deliver, they then charged me a refundable deposit of 150 euro for a technician to come and repair it (he never came) a driver er came. To take it back for repairs, it failed the electrical tests and accused me of damaging the horn then proceeded to offer me a lower price model with no baskets, my scooter was never repaired and it cost me a further 225 euro to bring it back home, they have never given me a refund of my deposit or offered a full refund for the not roadworthy scooter Beware this DISHONOURABLE COMPANY THAT MISTRESTS SEVERELY DISABLED PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF BE WARNED THIER WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING

I purchased the Zip Stroller Manual Folding Mobility Scooter for my mum. I found the prices for mobility scooters at the Mobility Shop to be very reasonable compared to other Irish sites. The Scooter was delivered promptly, was well packaged and easy to assemble. The scooter is compact, easy to use and to fold however it was a little heavier than expected. The staff at The Mobility Shop were very pleasant and answered any questions I had promptly.
I would highly recommend The Mobility Shop.
