I stumbled across a blog post by Harrison Andrews at The Mortgage Broker when researching buying a property by Modern Method of Auction. I contacted Harrison directly and had a chat to him, and took him on as my mortgage advisor and broker for my purchase.

Modern Method of Auction is a pretty scammy way to buy a house, and Harrison helped cut through all the nonsense from the auction company and I ended up with a fantastic little home at a good price.

Harrison was incredibly knowledgable and supportive throughout - plus nothing seemed too much trouble for him, routinely messaging me outside of normal office hours to check in.

I honestly think I would have abandoned this purchase without Harrison's help, and was delighted to find someone so decent and passionate about his work.

They succeeded in getting me a mortgage where others failed.
Communication was great very friendly and always there to answer any questions you asked.

Asked my preferences and tailored deals to suit my needs. Process was quick and felt well informed throughout.

Mr Harrison Andrews was the man i spoke to, he went above and beyond and helped me a great deal with the quotation and understanding how it all works, at the time I was checking price's between the mortgage broker and another company.
Whilst I was on the phone to the other company, I received news on my phone that the banks where pulling deals from the market and putting rates up so I just agreed to a deal with the company I was speaking to, if it wasn't for the situation I was in, I would of certainly gone with Mr Harrison Andrews at the mortgage broker.
Im Just sad I let him down and definitely going to use him next time😢
