I had a tricky seller but with her advise and support I was able to get through and successfully make that purchase. Highly recommend

Rachael has been nothing short of exceptional throughout my first year in property investment. Her support has gone well beyond finding a great mortgage. She has been a great sounding board for property options, providing bespoke advice on buy to let / limited companies and has shown to have great administration to keep all stakeholders in check . I have no hesitation in recommending her services and WILL be back!

Rachel has been easy to contact and given us very helpful advice throughout this process. We secured a deal in the nick of time just before mortgage rates went up. Rachel understood our position and went the extra mile to help secure the deal. I will be very happy to work with The Mortgage Works again.

Yes again, the Mortgage Cabin was able to provide a better renewal offer than my existing provider. Rachael worked tirelessly to ensure that I obtained the best possible rate to meet my requirements for the next 5 years.

The company was recommended by our accountant and has been invaluable since we have started our new business.

We have dealt with Rachael for many years & she has always provided a professional & helpful service. We have recently moved our business to The Mortgage Cabin & continue to recieve an excellent standard of service.

Rachael was recommended to me by my accountant, and she hasn't disappointed. Even though she lives 250 miles away from me, she kept me updated through the whole process more than when using the company down the street from me. She didn't leave it after her advice, she also helped pushing the solicitors to finish on time.

Racheal has been an absolute pleasure to work with as usual. She has been able to complete my mortgage product switch very efficiently and with the upmost professionalism. She working very hard with all my mortgages switch and deliver it in a good time.

Thank you so much Racheal and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

Rachael has been a fantastic help setting up a personal mortgage for me . Very pro active and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Has also helped in the past setting up buytolet mortgages. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again .

We were recommended to Rachael by a parent at our daughter’s school. We had really poor service from a previous mortgage broker and this time around, we wanted to secure a new mortgage deal and further advance to make home improvements. We felt a little nervous about increasing our payments in the current climate so we had a maximum figure in mind. From the start, Rachael was keen to help and got straight to work in finding us the best deal. She has kept in touch through the whole process by phone and email, explained different possible outcomes when we reached a slight hurdle and was always so calm. She also has the amazing ability to explain everything in simple terms as we find mortgages so complicated. As we were able to stay with our original lender, the whole process was so stress free and we ended up with a better deal than we expected. I will definitely be using and recommending The Mortgage Cabin in the future and cannot thank Rachael enough :-)

Rachael was in constant touch updating me on the progress of my application. She was very helpful with regards to several products and timely in her dealings with me. Very friendly and trustworthy. Happy to recommend!
