I had an excellent experience working with my mortgage advisor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, but they took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I understood all my options.

Prior to Andy, I was told that because of my husband's age, a remortgage was impossible. I had tried various avenues and most organisations were telling me to sell. But not Andy. Andy is truly a miracle worker. Because of him, I've been able to keep my home of over 20 years.

Throughout the process, Andy was always available. He was incredibly patient with me and explained everything very clearly making it easy for me to follow very complicated situations. I don't have words to express my gratitude. I would recommend him a million times over.

Would like to thank Andy for sorting a difficult remortgage. We had a mortgage coming to the end and needed to do some refinancing. We had tried other mortgage advisors with no luck and at a high cost.
