I would not recommend The Mystic…
I would not recommend The Mystic Publishers based on my experience.
I paid $150 for a book cover service, but the work was not completed as promised. After going back and forth about the issues, I was told that I would receive a refund. I trusted their word and waited, but I never received my money back.
I also disputed the charge through my bank, but unfortunately the dispute was denied. That does not change the fact that I was promised a refund by the company and, as of October 2026, I still have not received it.
As a new author, I trusted this company to provide the service I paid for. Instead, I ended up having to pay another professional to complete my cover correctly, while still being out the original $150.
My advice to other authors is to do your research, keep copies of all communication, and be very careful before paying for publishing services.
I gave the company an opportunity to make this right. I simply wanted the refund that I was promised, and I never received it.
