I ordered a windbreaker from them on January 26, 2021. I received the item on February 13 and decided I didn't like either the color or the fit. Since there was nothing in the package about returns, I went to the website and saw that there was a return period of only 7 days! There was no automated process - the customer was advised to contact TheNordStore.

I called three days later on Feb 16 during office hours but the office wasn't taking phone calls. There was simply a voice greeting with a reference to the website.
So, I went back to the website and sent a message using the form there.

When I didn't hear back, I sent an email on Sat, February 20, exactly seven days after the item was received and within the stated return period. That finally produced a response saying that the return process had to be completed within the seven day period!

Awful. Took forever to get here. Quality is shoddy. Customer service terrible. Do not buy from them. This is NOT affiliated with Nordstrom!

I ordered 2 items and received them with about 2 wks delay. They don't fit well so I want to return
They give you 7 days to contact vs, but no number is given. I wrote to their info website. No answer after 4 days! Would like to know what to do.

Arrived a month late in the midst of a family crisis so I did not open it right away and when I wanted to return they said no -

If there was a rating lower than this, Thenordstore would warrant it. This is a SCAM and their services could be the but of a horrible bad joke. Do not order from them!!!

All the reviews about this HORRIBLE group called the Nord store which copied Nordstroms ads and refused any real customer action are sadly true. After waiting a month for the raincoats, which I have now learned are bad quality, I cancelled my order but unfortunately then received it. My credit card company instructed me not to open the package and I requested a return label but being a bad SCAM company they are just telling me to return to Italy. Also, the package arrived damaged in addition to the lateness. I have been cheated and hope this company stops cheating people.

I’m giving them one star for the color of the item I bought. However, for the price I paid I expected much more. Quality just wasn’t there. Not to mention it didn’t fit and to return the item was 1/3 of the price. So disappointed. Could have been good had their customer service even existed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

From an ad on Facebook, I ordered a pair of shoes from the Nord store. At the time I thought it was an online presence for Nordstrom. How wrong that turned out to be. A charge from carinestore.com showed up on my visa bill. I had no idea who this was. Because my card number has been hacked before, I immediately called Visa. They put a "dispute" on the charge. About a week later my shoes showed up. They didn't fit. Sent an email to Nord, they asked me to send a photo of the item including the packing material. A strange request since most only want your order number. An email came the next week giving me instructions to return the shoes to their location in Puglia, Italy. I questions this asking for a location in the US for a return since they were shipped from California. Same response, no refund unless I shipped them to Italy. I asked them for a prepaid shipping label, the same thing any good company would offer a customer. Same response, the return shipping was my cost. I live on the West coast. The shipping cost to Italy was probably more than the cost of the shoes. I never received a bill from the Nord store. And have left the charge on my Visa from carinestore.comINTERNET as a disputed charge. If carinestore.com is an alias for Nord, then they probably already got my money. If this is their alias, why are they afraid to bill under their own name. No bill ever came from the Nord store. Lesson from this, only buy from sellers you know. If you don't, at least look up reviews. Count me as just another stupid buyer believing Nord was a reputable company.

Horrible experience - at first I believed I was ordering from Nordstrom. Then I realized immediately after ordering that the prices were in USD ($92 for a raincoat). So not only was it not Nordstrom but it was $120 CDN for a raincoat. I immediately cancelled the order (before it shipped) and it's taken 6+ weeks to get a refund (that was less than was charged originally) - only after sending 5 notes, following up constantly and then the refund was posted but "pending" on my visa so not really processed & when I followed up again they essentially told me to deal with my bank, that it is closed on their end. I will NEVER order from them again and am on high alert. The store is actually called "carinestore" on the visa charge - so are they fraudulently advertising as The Nord Store to make consumers believe it is a Nordstrom quality coat/price?? Horrible experience

Don't deal with this company if you live in the US. I ordered raincoat which was kind of expensive $82. I received it and it was nothing like it had shown on the Facebook ad. I received it and wanted to return it, due to low quality, I have to return it to Italy I'll be lucky if I even get half my money back

Return address is China! They screw around with you, then tell you company policy won't accept returns after 7 days.

I wish I had checked here before ordering a rain coat from this disreputable company. Do not purchase anything from them. The rain coat I purchased was more like a trash bag with a hood and sleeves. Plus poor quality material. Returns are so costly since you have to mail to Italy ($39 for me) that it is not worth the trouble. I am afraid that I wouldn't get the refund anyway. They only tell you one step at a time and I see that people posting say you can only use refund on another order. What are we going to do when there are no more stores? I find online shopping a huge disappointment, especially this place,

I cant even begin to tell you how difficult returns are -most ridiculous thing I ever encountered. Coat is of poor quality and dress I ordered is so small that my 17 granddaughter cant even wear it!
Like others, I have given up on returning my items. Paying for return postage to Italy or china or wherever is just dumb in the day and age of online shopping. Dont be taken it!!!

I wanted to return an item. I emailed their customer service for 3 days asking how to return the item, I never heard from them. I tried the phone number numerous times but was always cut off because “the representatives were helping other people.” Don’t buy from the,.

It’s very sad to see how many of us have been ripped off by this company. Beware I see that they are now advertising as “The Nord Shop” as well.

I would advise prospective customers to avoid this site. The sizing is totally unrealistic & the quality is poor. Read the return policy very carefully, because it is totally one sided. You have 7 days, you pay return postage. No possibility of a refund, only an exchange of another inferior product. Takes about 6 weeks to receive. Bottom line-a scam. They’ll take your money and then send you crap that is SO hard and costly to return, that you give up.

I ordered a rain jacket and then cancelled immediately , as I was worried about the sizing. I got correspondence from Gizzelle, saying that was OK.But I have had the runaround for weeks. Now I received an email saying my order has been refunded which it has not!!My bank is now dealing with it.

You won't see any negative reviews on Nord Store's website because it is a complete fraud. I got sucked in by how good the raincoat looked on the model and took a chance. I regret it! It took one month to arrive from China. No packing slip. My address label was slapped on top of the Chinese one. The quality was incredibly poor; no way it's worth $184. No way to make the cinched back stay in place. Fits poorly. Returns are NOT easy. You must return in 7 days from receipt to a questionable place in Italy at your own expense. Most suckers like me just keep the damn thing and give it to charity. This Nord Store is a SCAM!

I'm ashamed of myself for being scammed by this company. I feel like an idiot, thinking that The Nord Store was somehow connected to Nordstrom. When there was no packing slip enclosed with my shipment of the rain jacket that came via China, I quickly and regrettably figured it out. I requested information about how to return my coat and see that it needs to be shipped back to Italy at my own cost! Guess I'll donate the jacket to charity and write it off to my stupidity. NEVER AGAIN.

Like a lot of people I got taken in by the coat. Shipped via a so-called Falcon express. I tracked it like I would any such package. Then I saw at least one other site with the same coat. Then I realized what I had done. About that time Falcon express probably reset its server maybe on purpose, who knows. Tracking date read January 1, 1970 for almost a week. Suddenly yesterday it's been transferred to Canada at Richmond BC. I got help from the Visa fraud department in good time. Who knows if it is coming but oddly enough there is a coat just like it on Amazon.ca. one-third of the price. I finally found it on the fifth search page. Hiding? My opinion: a Chinese company looking to make extra money off cheap clothing. You decide. $40 cdn? Really???
