Scammers..avoid like the plague

Scammers..avoid like the plague. Product was irrelevent, their sneaky subscription system will steal money from your account and even when you cancel they insist they are unable to prevent more being sent and charged for. They demand you pay for return postage when you are unhappy and then attempt to bargain with you. Very unhappy with these shysters.

I wish there was a way to give them…

I wish there was a way to give them zero stars. This is a horrible company to deal with. They sent me the product and in the meantime, I had talked to my doctor and he advised me that I cannot take it because I had breast cancer. I’m trying to return them. They are giving me a hard time to give me their address. They keep offering me 10% of the price I paid and I can keep the product. I don’t want the product. And they went and charged me again for Two more bottles. I never signed up for subscription to this company. Horrible horrible company.

Doesn’t work & can’t cancel order

I have tried to stop my order twice and now I have six bottles of a product that didn’t work and I don’t want. If they don’t stop my order I will report them to my bank to stop paying.

I don’t recommend using this company based on my expensive experience.

Hard to cancel ongoing orders

When my vitamins arrived I was very disappointed to find they came out of China. I sent an email that day and cancelled all ongoing orders. One month later I am charged again and my order not cancelled. To cancel your subscription go on their website otherwise they pretend they did not get email and send they will send the product and charge your card again. Comes across as a British company but made in China and other contact is in the USA, very confusing.

Denied 2 for 1 offer

Had bought at least 3 bottles before, then got email 26/1 offering 2 for 1 so clicked on the email and selected the offer at £48.99 with no subscription. I eventually received 1 bottle & queried it to be told I’d only ordered 1, I ordered 2 for 1 per their promotion. They tell me my order says I only ordered 1 but they would wouldn’t they!? Considering I would have continued to be a customer, this now means I will never buy from them again, how very blinkered of them as the 2 for 1 offer is still on now anyway. Emails back & forth, I then asked it to be dealt with as a complaint and the same person replied with same excuse just different day! Not very good at all Nova!

Very suspect company [companies!]

Very suspect company [companies!]. Differing addresses [ stated from UK but shipped from China [yeh] and billed, as per my credit card, from South Australia]. Also differing logos, just slightly different, yeah wonder why? All ingredients one can access locally in a health food store. A very suspicious 'company' indeed. Have been taking this for a month to…

Have been taking this for a month to six weeks, have not experienced any side effects, I have experienced some joint relief but not enough to warrant me to continue with the supplement. This is why I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription

I cannot get this company to stop sending unwanted bottles

I cannot get this company to stop sending me bottles of Her Again and charging my credit card. They have sent 5 unwanted bottles and I have managed to get my money back for three of them because I thought the first two were my mistake. But do not order from them because you will be caught in the same spiral as me. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company twice already.

I do think is Scam buy one and one free not true

I do think is Scam ! I ordered a buy 2 get 1 free but was charged again for subscription in addition to the other charge. I still haven't received but i am planning to cancel probably

Scam concerns

Scam concerns! I ordered a buy 2 get 1 free but was charged again for subscription in addition to the other charge. I intentionally did not subscribe for this. Tried cancelling on line - unable- have to have a ‘subscription specialist’ handle. Emailed with their customer service- complete waste of time. I see others have had this experience! Be warned-

How I wish now I’d done my research fully into this SCAM company.
They are preying on innocent women who are experiencing genuine problems.
The product is Chinese, has no ingredient information listed, and is certainly NOT what they claim it to be.
If you email them you will get an AI generated response
I had an unauthorised charge using my card shortly after my purchase, the banks fraud team caught it and it’s caused me a lot of stress cancelling the card etc.
On my 6th email they offered a 15% refund, then a 25% refund - provided you pay to ship the product back - but - guess what - their supposed London address is fake too
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE
YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND DEFRAUDED
BAN THIS COMPANY FROM ALL ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLEASE - us women have enough to deal with without being ripped off in this blatant disgraceful manner.

Demon marketing clinically dangerous information

Having tried this product with zero results, being duped into a repeat subscription which took allot of effort to resolve ( still received and charged for second lot) I dug deeper. Firstly if it were British made as claimed they would not spell oestrogen as estrogen ( first red flag)
secondly no gut biome has been clinically proven to ‘re cycle Oestrogen’
The graphics for blocked bowel are misleading and dangerous. At best they describe constipation at worst could lead to people ignoring symptoms of more serious diseases. ( ie Bowel cancer, obstruction IBS, etc)
This type of marketing should be banned.
Any positive results are placebo effect but of course no ‘double blind trial’ has been conducted to validate this!

Rip off company, avoid totally

I would like to leave no stars but no option for this .
They have mis sold me a product I did not order and on contacting them have not even the decency to reply.
What a complete rip off those company is !!!

Fake company and product

The website said that the product was made in the U.K. and that there was a money back guarantee. Neither is correct. The product is manufactured in China and the customer service is non existent. They responded to my review with an offer to help me receive a refund but no email address was provided. No one responds to their support address. Buyer Beware!

I am now on my 4th bottle and…

I am now on my 4th bottle and unfortunately can't say I have seen much of a improvement with my aches & pains. I had at this time decided to cancel my subscription so did so on 13th January, unfortunately another bottle was shipped and order showed up on my emails on 26th January! I have tried to email a couple of times to have this cancelled but had no reply. Not the best aftersales to be fair. I hope someone contacts me on the back of this please.

Disgraceful business tactics and mediocre product

I'd give this company zero stars if I could. I've had similar problems to many of the other one star reviewers here. Product sent out despite me not signing up for a subscription - they tell you the subscription is on its way and debit your account on the same day, giving no opportunity to delay or cancel. Attempts to stop the order failed - even though it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. For 2 weeks, it hadn't even been received by Yodel. Customer service is run by bots - just look at all the model answers people on here receive! The lack of transparency and the sneaky tactics to lock you into subscriptions is appalling. I've been in discussion with them for the last 3 weeks, constantly fobbed off and am pretty sure I've never managed to interact with a real person. This is nothing short of exploitation of vulnerable women who are desperate for products to ease menopause symptoms, many of whom can't afford subscriptions they didn't sign up to in the first place.

Edited to add: I see there's a response from Nova now. Don't be fooled - I've been in communication with their customer service for several weeks without a satisfactory resolution. I've repeatedly raised all the above issues, but they don't acknowledge the problems. You have been warned....
